| THE CORRECT ANALYSIS OF OUR NEW ERA IS The basic requirement for forging the new revolutionary theory for a successful class struggle or class war and try to win over the fraudulent system ! The main reasons of the relative weakness of left political forces and revolutionaries today in the turbulent popular social movements going on since thirty years or so and especially since 2001 - on the five continents - is abscence of a concrete analysis and a revolutionary theory. We have tried to enumerate the most important other reasons - such as lack of a revolutionary communist international neglected since more than fourty years, and point-out to all these strategic errors and other ones and their destructive cumulative effects on the Left forces for which we have taken-up the study of the most general aspects since 2000 . As well as some more general particularities we came across since more than 30 years in the stagnating communist movement, with a consistent follow-up and taking-up of the basics from the beginnings (1830's on) as adviced by Lenin in 1922,- during the last 15 years, we can point out to the following important strategic changes taken place since those beginnings and especially affecting us directly since 1970-1980's. After 1980, the period of steep fall and great retraeat of the revolutionary front on the world scale shows an accumulated contradictions related to strategic mistakes and errors being cumulated since 1922 (NEP program pushing out completely the socialist construction, and not clarified for a complete building of scientific socialism, later on, after 1929's forced socialization in agricultural sector only !) ; then the lost opportunity in Revolutionary Period in Germany 1919-1923/24, added up to strategic phasal changes (emergence of fascism and national-socialism after 1929/33 depression period, Loss of Spanish Revolution without strategic lessons drawn for Germany or for Spain and Europe. Then heavy losses and damages taken in The Second World War(1936-1945/51 and even after victory left without a proper financial-material war damages asked for USSR (later on for China) from Germany and allies to pay to USSR ! ). The National-Communism and the national-liberation period (1945-1975 Loss of revolution in Korean War, followed by Strategic Error of 'peaceful co-existence' with imperialism attacking freely and actively subverting all revolutions and openly anti-communist world-wide 1945-1980 left unopposed . Then comes the loss of Viet Nam's revolution (even on the face of winning militarily against U.S.A.-NATO and allies with heaviest sacrifices of communists !) not able to implement real social-political changes and necessary transformations to materialize real socialist changes in Viet Nam unified after those victories - China's unwelcome interferences in Viet Nam. Last but not least, in the present phase of neglecting the deeper implications of 1971 crisis and the imperialist re-structuring into neo-imperialism (1971/79 to present times 2011....) left with social-democratic analysis or others without taking up correctly the old errors or deveations from Leninism ! As a consequence of lack of a proper global strategy, today, The Left political forces are naturally thus fragmented and diminished greatly on political arena left without a new strategy and a C.I. to concentrate forces and experiences, as required by Lenine's Theory of Imperialism (or even more required by the theory of neoimperialism of Fictitious Capital's domination ince 1971/79 !) to change the new imperialist's N.W.O. domination world-wide or affect the communist international movement, or have a political weight in the new social movements. The last great effect was in Africa in the late sixties and early seventies due to 400 000 troops sent by The Cuban Revolution on the request of Savimbie in Namibia against fascists-racists intrusion against the African revolution, resulting in defeat of apartheid regime in S. Africa and liberation of Nelson Mandela from prison, that the cuban revolutionary inspired communists performed there ! - Actually except the revolution in Nepal - unfortunately stopped for an illusionary participation in bourgeois government there - The Left is taking a steep noze-down and a long eclipse after 1990/2000 - and especially deprived of and left without it's main tool : A Revolutionary Communist International, to fight the imperialists' and/or allies of the neoimperialists' system gobling up socialized production - under privatization programs - and gobling up socialized aspects world-wide especially against The Left and communists and left forces for progress since 1971, which seems to be offering a 'mysterious second life' to the dying and 'blood-less' capitalism of late seventies ! The last period (1980 - to present days ) is taking place in a renewed political arena after 1989 (the great fall-back of state-socialism into state capitalism !), where the working class has under gone since 1973/75, also important strategic changes in class structures and class formation, due to technological restructuring of mass-production world-wide under the fictitious capital domination and privatisation of important central banks together with domination of these concentrated structures on U.S.A. and Gr. Britains' economies. The result is the restructuring of old industrial and social structures - affecting deeply the proletarian labor forces - as well as the emergence of technicians and specialized labor forces layering out the working class in a considerable manner ; quantitative changes as well as qualitative new manner in the organization of labor forces in society world-wide, (where Marx had remarked the concentration of and organization of Labor by Capital, here one can see its' opposite of disorganization and spreading out and dispersion of Labor by the Fictitious Capital from U.S.A. and Europe etc... and world-wide. The domination of Fictitious Capital intensified class oppression and broke-up the large syndicates since after 1970's crisis ! Therefore scattering the new working classes on the five continents according to a new capital accumulation circumstances, under the domination of Fictitious Capital over the real capital domination - characteristic of imperialist period,- that departed in a new phase much different from the Fordism of early imperialist period of a more concentrated accumulation period of imperialism, distinguished from 1898 - 1971/79 period (of the Leninist Imperialism of Finance Capital that described a totally different period and somewhat different contradictions than today's contradictions created by The New World Order of fictitious capital accumulation ! ) First of all we can assert that : These very important changes and distinct periods are not taken into account by the main stream marxist revolutionaries for developing a new theoretical approach to the new sets of contradictions added each time or the changed contradictions and their strategic or tactical consequences to be taken into account by groups or parties, since 1900 for building a complete partnership in any socialist country for the people in general. New problems being thus cumulated to the old surviving ones from old period and dispersed communist parties left without a revolutionary C.I.. Therefore these new contradictions, caracterizing the new periods, are not taken into account by any party or group as strategic changes, affecting the old theory and practice and the scientific socialist program used, which was mainly forged between 1864-1929 period of class struggle, did not and could not lead anybody to real social-scientific socialism ! These 'new-phasal' changes are neither well understood by the Left masses, Lenin's theory mainly still left un-implemented after more than 60 years ( left for lonely leaders in each socialist country/camp to maneuver in open defiant to the international global revolutionary needs, no attempt of forming a revolutionary communist international sought ! ) and are largely ignored by the Left revolutionary organizations in general, mainly following one camp or another. The exception is Che Gevara's correct perception and call to structure 'two three Viet Nam against imperialism' ; a strategy sought to form a regional Latin America-Africa-Asia communist based international, but left largely unheeded for in China or in USSR ! Thus openly ignoring Lenin's advice in 1922's I.C. fourth congress, of going back to basics for drawing a new program other than presented at the end of Communist Manifesto. This was the main reason, also ignored by most communists, for wide-openning the doors to all kinds of opportunism and revesionism in communist movement and organizations and states since 1924/38, and later on in USSR and in China as well as other socialist countries ! The other result is passing by lightly, without a serious investigation, traversing the historic changes occurring in the accumulation of capital - the growing weight of Fictitious Capital and it's importance in strengthening Nazism-Fascism against workers movement in the world after 1929, this condemning at the same time the failed state-party or party methods to build socialism. Because 'at night-times (left without a good theory) all cats seem grey-colored ', but here is the paradox : we also begin eventually to see better at these lengthy night periods ! Other more turbulent political changes, after 1989, affecting the world and the new political arena shaped up with communism taking a 'nose-down' and a rapid fall and near disappearance, following the great fall of the socialist camps - endebted to western capital in East Europe etc...-, and resisting only the old imperialism on their own fronteers, are equally ignored by revolutionary left forces' in theory and in practice ( most everybody in the masses, thinking in a plain materialist way, all over the world understood that fatal errors existed in communist system, except communists organized in dispersed parties, or creating even many new ones on old models and old theories in a dogmatic fashion ! ). The deep internal reasons for this fall of the largest communist camps are not understood by many communists and communist sympathizers to our times, as the main phases were not so clear to see for all parties and organizations or 'official' Marxist social-scientists. Without this needed new revolutionary theory forged out, communist forces, defending themselves only behind state-socialism (this latter slipping down towards state-capitalism since after 1945 !) and left in old methods of work and out-dated organizational forms were unable to pave the road to fundamental changes in social relations in 'the socialist camp countries' or outside those camps, communists have since 1975/1979 lost the front line battles . This stalemate and the absence of emergence of other socialist revolutionary powers (closely related to the fatal absence of a revolutionary communist international since late 1950's ! ) this world situation has resulted in the major fragmentation to continue in The Left forces in general and the further weakening of revolutionary movements in particular on the five continents. New phases needed new understanding, new strategy, new methods of work and organizations, and new goals set for mass movements and people, implemented by those new organizations and new methods of political work in order to lead the masses' in these more turbulent mass up-risings after 1980's, happening more frequently all over the world, especially in the last period after 1980's ! The old periods of changing strategic phases displayed similar degraded periods in class struggle. Because the labor political movement world wide faced with a basic needed readaptation to the new conditions. They were the periods of : 1790 - 1864 ( first attempts failling to produce a world organization until 1864 ! ) Then came those long years of 1872 - 1905/1917, eventually 'jumped out' by revolutionary changes, The Paris Commune(1871) and the October Revolution of 1917 in Russia. The present period of the low revolutionary or mostly scattered inefficient (sometimes irrelevant ) political activity since 1979, that continues with manifestation of scant results for The Left all over the world , and without a relative strong required communist international makes even regression and relative abscence for left forces world wide on all fronts and without a stable political left force being forged-out of all these tedious hard works the political areana is filled by petit-bourgeois forces or syndicates following social democratic lines ; and practically no relevant or significant social-political results being obtained (after 1980) or being drawn from all those scattered work done after three or four decades for building-up of all those scattered left forces mobilized on five continents. This is an absolute proof that communist forces, dispersed and greatly weakened, are fighting without a revolutionary theory and therefore without a correct analysis or a strategy well adapted for the current times. In consequence we can observe in present revolts no potential political left forces ( or mottos as rallying battle-cries ) with a significant leverage emerging - and no general orientation drawn - can be seen in all those revolutionary uprisings greatly bewildered from basics and 1000 miles away from real revolutionary changes world-wide ! People after more than 200 years of revolutions happenning all over the world cannot suspect as in Egypt that armies are for suppressing people's revolts rather than to defend these bourgeois countries from foreign foes and enemies as the ruling classes suggest. What was again and again experienced by the lack of a C.I. ( necessary organizational tool for forging a revolutionary theory and practice and to insure a proletarian leadership or communist orientation and revolutionary leadership for the masses, in order to display a minimum understanding of Lenin's theories to win against imperialism worldwide or the neoimperialism and the N.W.O. as a new phase. This lack of C.I., which amounted to throwing Leninist theory by most big communist partys since end of 1950's (after 1935/1943 was equivalent of throwing away revolutionary theory (Marxism and Leninism !) by most (if not by all !) communist forces world-wide, and on a flash-back study shows us - getting most apparent after 1935/36 in Europe and in the world - that the victories are becoming insignificant after Chineese Revolution, whereas defeats are accumulating fast and more significantly on a global scale to halt revolutions after 1960's against communist forces ! Then in these communist movements strategic defeats are glossed over without basic explanations or a basic over-all analysis furnished for needed course correction ! This unpleasant truth emerges from the political great losses experienced by the communists world wide, ever since the strategic losses of revolution in Germany 1919-1924, and after 1935, the losses experienced with fascism and Nazism shaped by the bourgeoisie - using massive fictitious capital during the great depression period - in order to arm nazi Germany against revolution in Europe ! to defeat communism world-wide, encountered directly in the revolutionary War(1936) in Spain, later revisionism or peaceful co-existence dominating the main communist forces following Tito or USRS's strategic line set after 1956 as a result of heaviest losses occurring against USSR, East Europe and China, Korea and Viet Nam, during WWII. Then the Korean loss 1951, African and South American losses until Cuba's successful revolution getting back on anti-imperialist line in an isolated fashion and defeating South Africa's Fascist-Racist attacks on Savimbi's revolutionaries and half-liberating Africa from fascism. But Che Gevara's efforts to set up a revolutionary international did not find receptive ears and later The Left experienced Viet Nam's great social-political losses even on the face of greatest sacrifices to bring a complete military defeat against USA and allies, however experiencing social-political stalemate to build social-scientific socialism in completely 'liberated' Viet Nam (1975 ! ) The hard fact is that State Socialism, despite producing many fruits and advantages for people all over USSR and China and the world, has eclipsed the Communist International - the needed essential tool against imperialism, and the loose international Federalism of these national states in the absence of a social-scientific program of building socialist relations in those 'socialist countries' have been erroded by rising national interests due to maintaining capitalist relations in state in those countries and capitalist monetary relations in economy with the world markets. Furthermore, all these great strategic errors and the consequential losses are not related --in theoretical analysis - to the disfunctioning or mal-functionning of existing strategies or world organizations set up by USSR or China to 'cover for' the necessary International revolutionary organs of C.I. ! In order to correctly sum-up the weak points of the communist movement and for promotion of new revolutionary and correct class leadership for obtaining successes instead of adding more losses to the old ones. The Socialist-Party-State apparatus (mistaken for socialism !), this new centralism deciding everything had to be kept blameless, what this amounted to was like throwing away the social-scientific process vital for revolutionary vision updated and practice ( updated accordingly ) to be kept sharpened-up for mass-consciousness continuously ! The Comm. International after 1922, being overshadowed or pushed back into secondary importance by emergence of state-party concentrated political bureaucratic apparatus (immitating the bourgeoisie's big bureaucratic states - Mao criticized often the push of Capitalist Roaders in the communist party and China's state ! ) These bureacracies were everywhere overshadowing C.I. and small parties were consistently pushed around after 1929/1939 by bureaucratic large structural necessities, and war preparations etc... over-riding communist international revolution's needs and other vital necessities. This situation was repeated in all states after 1945, which amouted to abandonning building scientific socialism world-wide, and or abandonning the necessity to win over imperialism politically by building and spreading further the scientific socialist relations ! Lenin summed up these similar periods and low political efficiency by the following : 'There could be NO revolutionary movement WITHOUT a revolutionary theory' ! By a 'revolutionary theory' one should understand a new sumit and a new higher point reached by more and more revolutionary forces, in international currents gathered in a C.I. under a world strategy to face the enemy, that seek the new social-scientific theoretical analysis and the orchestrated tactical necessities implied by this general understanding of the newer strategic turning points and new developments taken place in the world arena affecting their daily activities that require newer approachs and new methods for forging-up of other new solutions or renewed forms of organizations or mass-organizations that are imposed by these basic important changes ! In our over-all analysis of the period after 1917, we have tried to stress these lacks of theoretical understandings and lack of C.I. by many comrades and organizations added to the fact that a basic wrong theory of 'promoting mass production, or developing productive forces (or productivist vision of socialism ) as the sole and main purpose of the socialist state to reach communism becomes the dominant false or social-democrat theory, coupled by bourgeoisie's class oppression within socialist countries- which ended up oppressing working masses by the State-Class bureaucracy ( 'apparatchikis' priviledged status created against the genuine communist program of the necessary withering of the state, for withering of state ownership and the calss distinctions and existence of class oppression therefrom ! ) The necessity for cultural revolution is correctly summed-up by Mao and other party leaders without being able to develop a mass organization - such as our Open Social University - a mass organization for restoring complete socialist relations of production to replace existing bourgeoie relations of production or state socialism in China after 1966 ! Other examples of strategic errors after 1980's are : -For example continuing to expose 'revisionism', - most relevant in a period of 1945 - 1975, where most left political forces in the world, affected by URSS's policy, sought a 'peaceful coexistence' in a period that 'East Winds' prevailed on 'West Winds' and when imperialists were ready to attack revolutionary bases everywhere ( after The Korean Stalemate, with A-bombs,) beyond 1979, when developing new analysis for the new phase and the revolutionary theory suited for that new period is vital, instead continuation of a totally irrelevant political practice after 1980's, this kind of theoretical blindness (dogmatic approach added to disregard for building the C.I. ) was alienating some of the revolutionaries from the main road of the large existing potential revolutionary masses and forces from being able to re-organize in order for changing the world accordingly into a socialist rapid transition to more freedom for the workers and for the oppressed masses. (little 'red-books' could not either replace the lacking social-scientific theoretical analysis and revolutionary theory or C.I.'s absence ! ) Another example is the mass line method, in a period such as 1930 - 1970's, the mass line implemented mostly forging a revolutionary vanguard (the party), whereas today, by the implementation of newer analysis and class struggle arena being fundamentally affected by Fictitious Capital domination, this kind of work has become irrelevant (does not respond or give any results since 1980 ! ) and application of a further development of a 'new mass line' today should forge a mass consciousness and masses' directly implied in the revolutionary movements and with their individual contributions manifested for her or himself and for all to see, and to compare and draw the relevant conclusions for everyone - that is in a large transparency - ; in our analysis the complete implication of Marxist proletarian DIRECT DEMOCRACY has become imparative and most needed for foundation of the N.C.I.(The Fifth revolutionary). The conditions for the new development of mass-line method to build up mass consciousness in order to be forged as the new revolutionary and invincible global political proletarian force to be able to defeat the new imperialism armed by fictitious capital and powerful media ! It is indispensable for revolutionary practice to apply the latest technology, especially in the communication domain - being invaded by bourgeois restrictions and many hinderances to dull the new arms, that is affecting the masse's culture and for shaping up a deeper (long term) revolutionary consciousness, spread wider in the masses today. In this new method of work, it is necesseray to develop new socialist organizational relations - The Open Social University - which can be accessible by all dynamic groups and individuals reaching more or less similar basic conclusions as ours exposed on this site since 2000, of the absolute necessity of a New Revolutionary Communist International, as the global new foundation of a new revolutionary theory and new practice, a new strategy and new methods thus structured and be founded thereby for the creation of new historic qualitative mass cultural jump ( in theory and in a continuous implemented practice by the masse's themselves - not just limited to a vanguard party or groups - degraded today to petit-bourgeoisie parties ! ) for defeating the new imperialism and replacing the old social relations completely -- by the new socialist relations. This mass awakening can be established in the systemic new work and new foundation, based on direct democracy, is the essence of the New C.I.'s program for all at this new stage - lacking since 1980 - which can be made ready by all and for all to get informed, to contribute, to gather relevant and necessary information and contribute to the extent of her or his potential capabilities and also to integrate her or his potential contribuutions in a collective global Open Social University, for social or political and economic projects in order to perform and to relate with others in team works - distant or local work or research etc... To develop and get developed by the new socialist freindly university type relations, socialist relations first, where everybody is an active student although organized in different branches and different projects but having a universal social-scientific approach and a global strategy. These social-scientific university relations are the new needed revolutionary approach in order to set the proper social environment for all to participate at their personal pace and insure mass development, for the new social-scientific socialism of XXI century, for all to blossom and be effective and become an active mass-force, in order to pave the global orientation toward mass-liberation from capitalism ! The hardest times are ahead of us, a global atomic war is being prepared by the Fictitious Capital's neoimperialist world order not being able to assert it's power and global necessary obediance in order to present a fraudulent fictitious capital system as the eternal ' the only and best possible one' for the planet, but should not keep us from the thorough and total implementation of our essential analysis and our new practice forged in the foundation of the N.C.I. (fifth-revolutionary) on the Marxist basis of the DIRECT DEMOCRACY, opposing all other bourgeois representative democracy, for this new period. In this way social relations are changed from the beginning in this new foundation and this important socialist essence and spirit is not postponed to a later stage or period as before (also see article below for O.S.U.). sardar |

| TWENTY YEARS AFTER 1989 The greatest political loss for ALL LABORING MASSES : Falling-back of The USSR (1938-1950-1971-1989) and The PRC (China 1960-1971-1989...2009...) into state capitalism and into the ongoing disintegration-dissolution process of New World Order's Fictif Kapital world neoimperialist governance ! What are the New Alternative Communist Revolutionary paths towards new victories today? ( A flash-back for a class analysis and what went wrong ! ) The left line : The first and most essential needed strategy and tool towards a new federation of democratic socialist world order will be the building of a New Communist International (The Fifth historically) on the basis of a new strategy based on a revolutionary theory adapted for our times. This will be the most important revolutionary International since the shutting-down of The Leninist Third in 1943 under Stalin-Molotov's deviated political new line of peaceful coexistence with imperialism under Yalta's Pact 1942-1944. A strategic error revealed today because of slow decline engaged since after 1950/51 retreating actively from Korean War and imperialist barbarian onslaughts of massacring communist forces under Stalin's approved Yalta Pact. Which started from imperialists attacking communist anti-fascist forces all over the world after 1944 and wars in Europe - in Greece 1944-45, CIA coup d'etat in Indonesia, in Biafra, in Iran 1953 etc... a changing political line from revolutionary (Comintern's 1917-1935) anti-imperialist line down to flourishing of reformist tendencies in large bureaucratic centralized all party-power state which dragged USSR and others in capitalist market. Today neo-fascist governments are most established all over the world, and communists are reduced to unimportant political forces for the immediate crying out needed revolutionary changes ! Policies such as peaceful coexistance of socialism and imperialism which reflected the revisionist line ideology theorised by Tito, followed by Khrouchtchev, right tendencies in Maoist China (Liu Chao Chi or Deng Ciao Ping, etc... entering China in U.N. dominated by imperialism and international monetary system of The World Bank, IMF (FMI), WTO etc...) only reinforced policies similar to socialist-reformist partys after 1956/60 in the world, which doomed further development or the rise of communist world out-look. And in abscence of a revolutionary international capable of uniting all communist and left progressive forces under a social-scientific revolutionary theory, leaving the way open for petit-bourgeois insufficient organizational structures to carry on dispersed struggles and wear down people's sacrifices without concrete results. Thus bringing down all socialist countries back to barbaric capitalist relations of production and abandoning the building of mass-socialist relations of production to satisfy people more than capitalism. A limited socialism practiced in socialist camp that was essentially left on capitalist basis and capitalist monetary market-criterion (we have developped for the socialist exchange unit 'the citizen's-meritory-credit system which is a powerful socialist distribution of wealth based on Marx's social-scientific value theory (Capital, Vol I !)) , that implied continuing on capitalist road for attaining socialism, a fatal ideological-theoretical error, resulting in stopping to develop or the pesuit of a revolutionary line of the withering of socialist state program for mass liberation of energies and revolutionary democratic cultural programmed progress after 1950-56. The highest political struggle's pic thus attained - without a needed Communist International - culminating in 1966/68, with the Cultural Revolution in People's Republic of China and the revolutionary war in Viet Nam, however even this massive revolutionary up-surge could not bring those concrete needed social-economic and lasting changes because of the essential lack of revolutionary theory and needed changed social relations to be structured in a genuine socialist dynamic system freed from all capitalist fetters and capitalist world market ( USSR, China and the rest of socialist camps were sufficient world space to make it possible, the eagle's revolutionary communist vision was lacking here and then ! ) therefore the political results obtained in 1917/1919 with the period following it up to 1960/66, could not be reproduced on this vast arena won by millions of sacrifices offered by all those people struggling since The Paris Commune, which had resulted into such a vast territories being liberated from imperialism and colonialism and others preparing to join in ! The big tragic downfall started to accelerate after 1970's ! And, on the other hand, since the 'predestined' disintegrated Fourth International based on Trotsky's program of action which was scientifically less important with respect to existing Lenin's or Commintern's analysis, due to lack of a revolutionary theory, left every communist organization member to draw up a national program seperately, was no better than abscence of world strategy to defeat the world union of imperialists against revolutions. This due to his insufficient comprehension of needed concentration of communist dispersed forces and maintenance of Leninist International type of unified world strategy against imperialists. Trotsky was never a true Leninist and this shows up in his political follow-up facing imperialism later on even in The Spanish War. Thus with his general line which left the door wide open for sponteneity of communist movements instead of hitting with a strategy at the weak links of imperialism, for example in Spain by the needed concentration of forces against fascists and Nazis (this situation continuing all through crisis years and fascism flourishing in Europe from 1930 up to 1937/8.) The Spanish revolution is lost due to unnecessary splits within communist and revolutionary ranks due to false analysis in that period by Trotsky and others such as anarchists for weakening the Leninist C.I. and not offering a revolutionary alternative for unity of all communists or anarchists and revolutionary forces. Stalin's adopted right tendency line of alliance of political fronts and relying on the republicans' leadership for this front, even with massive soviet aid to them, exceeding aids for Chinese revolution, could not defeat the combined fascist and Nazi camps backing Franco either ! The falsehood of this theory of revolutionary national bourgeoisie was manifest without being exposed and thrown down because of 'personality cults' being established in socialist camp ! Wheras Lenin and Third International's line predicting 'the eastward shift' (or third world countries and colonies) of the center of world revolution, based on the new analysis of imperialism and export of capital to those regions, provided for shifting some communist forces to China, the imperialists big weak link, - as the German comrades of the third international and producing - or resulting into vital aid added to Soviets' important aids - thereby produced the victory of The Glorious Chineese Communist Revolution on october 1949. This very great victory is also due to Mao's adopted revolutionary ideology of insisting consistently on a more independant line within the political front with the nationalists and free from Trotsky's leftist deviations (liquidationist line of criticism for splits and dispersion of forces rather than for strengthening unity) or Stalin's rightist deviations for depending on popular fronts with the national bourgeoisie leading it ! The Fourth International's inevitable disintegration, however, begins after 1945, and in 1952, that splits occur and continue unnto 1971, and also in 1992, 2003, etc..., with groups and organizations and individuals leaving it by larger and larger numbers ; because the Fourth International did not produce any revolutionary results since 1930's, based on Trotsky's program up to 1992 or after..., or anything comparable by very far to results obtained by The Third Leninist C.I.'s revolutionary world out-look (1917/1919-1970) and political results ! Two major paths have been openned up, today, due to a major retreat for the weakened communist line and ideology, by the communist organizations or organizations claimed by any party to be of Marxists, Marxist-Leninists, Marxist-leninist-Maoists or other Left tendencies claiming on the basis of social scientific modern theories, belonging to Marxian social-scientific world out-look and analysis, wanting to create socialism or a different world other than capitalist system of restricted and crisis ridden social-political-cultural-ecological relations of production. To continue with left fronts or to build a revolutionary international with a unified communist modern analysis and needed class-war supported by large mass organizations to defeat the enemy. The distinction between these two groups following distinct political lines can be termed or comprehended as old revolutionary tendencies, still seaking a victorious turn around and come-back and new revolutionary or reformist tendency whose struggle is set for a mere victory by small bits or pieces and a mere survival and dependance on bourgeois or capital's structures and strata without any hope for a major come-back. These differences are often irreconcilable and the revolutionary inspired theories based on independance of proletarian world out-look and practices thereby versus the reformist inspired tendencies of leaning on bourgeoisie's aparatus and means of a non-independant world out-look from bourgeoie ideology - that is Left vesus Right tendencies are presently aggravated with the general crisis deepening within the capitalist system of fictitious capital. The carrying on political struggle for unity of communists are crucial here ! These differences arising from two tendencies, reflecting proletarian versus bourgeois or petit bourgeois and middle class ideologies wide-spread in the modern working class, due to structural development under Fictitious Capital domination and categorization of working class by the structural corruption as well as the technological development and political effect of dispersion and sub-contractings and wide spread corruption of trade unions' leaderships or incorporation of trade-unions in regional F.K.'s governance and maintenance of a large middle class through colossal government bureaucracies and corporations and large financial institutions and big banks by the effect of massive production of debt-capital and fictitious capital by large banks, by governments and by central regional banks under F.K. financial domination etc... and social environment or mediatic routine brain wash carried on by fictif capital's overwhelming domination on media. The old methods deduced by theories that do not apply today and are nothing but dogmatic applications of a bygone era have not yielded any tangible results for the past 50 years or so ; or other seemingly revolutionary lines applied, without a C.I. strategy, by high sacrifices are going into the most spectacular political impass revealing the urgent need for revolutionary communist forces of a brand new revolutionary theory such as we have tried to formulate since 1998/2000 on this site, and the new enlarged foundations sought for this more completed restructuring for the new C.I. ! These two ideologies reflecting different conditions of social life, and imposed social-economic environment by the new economic structural uneven growth and privatizations of large structures and dispersion of industrial large units and sub-contracting and modern small scale new industries replacing the old concentrated ones which help to increase social ideology of workers being diluted with that of the petit bourgeois and bourgeois ideology. Therefore makes the two ideologies clashing within the modern working classes' organizations naturally and together with the sad political reality of communist forces dispersed from their revolutionary international, thus loosing their political importance, and confusion reigning within communist ranks, facilitates the wide-spread degradation of working class independant ideology which existed before 1945/65 due to large industrial units still being built and the needed concentration of proletarian forces in these industries at the bygone epoch of continued increase of industrial large scale concentrations. Fictitious Kapital increasing dispersion of production rather than industrial concentration. The ideology adopting still Left revolutionary marxist - class versus class combat - for seezing power from bourgeoisie by the communist mass organizations or through a class war is gaining some grounds versus Right socialist world out-look and bourgeois tainted ideology of incremental evolution within capitalist system of social production, due to the aggravated world crisis. The reformism has lost much political ground, under present situations after 1997 crisis. This reformist idea of changing or improving the class struggle by legislative processes in political assemblies and within bourgeois frame-work and constitutions and improving workers and people's standard of living and culture thereby for approaching a society closser to socialist relations of production with increased equity for the laboring masses under the improved bourgeois relations of production, is not uprooted within the working classes yet, whose struggles are intensified against the deepening crisis. But still Lenin's point of vue that the social-scientific alternative must come from the communist forces still hold true, because the labor demands although radical and wide-spread reflected by their united front union organizations - or even international organizations - cannot formulate social-scientific political alternative from these struggles other than demands for better conditions of living within the degraded crisis ridden system, or the alternate voting results obtained by bourgeois elections excluding alternative radical changes, and staying within capitalist social-political limits ! This latter reformist path although flourished by the explosion of fictitious capital unstable growth period of 1971-1997 is nowadays having great problems of convincing masses after the successive crisis of mass unemployment, degradation of workers' salaries lost due to fictitious capital's massive pillages and other advantages lost by reactionary F.K.'s criminal reforms done by socialist parties aiding the neoimperialism against the former imperialist structures for breaking up of large government monopolies and former imperialist structures. However the lost time for a come-back of communist forces more united under a world strategy, with the C.I. ultimate weapon has increased the political distance between working class and the revolutionary alternatives, and faded ideologies for a winning class combat. On the other hand the other front type struggles substituted for such needed class struggles have produced political retreat ; the case of 'alter-mondialists' anti-globalization struggles based on insufficient Marxist-revolutionary ideology or following socialist-reformist theories, a popular loose front, after the Genoa neo-fascist attacks, have left trade unions without a visible radical alternative path or social fronts easily broken by neo-fascist attacks, since then. Revolutionary union within such fronts are impossible to build-up (reactionary or reformist leadership of structural 'integrated unions' or the masses' confusion by the massive retreat of communist forces from the political arena) . Now after 2005/2006 on the face of intensification of class struggles' new wave and new ebb of worker's protestation and occupation of working factories etc... due to deepening crisis, the trade unions are waging class struggle with enlarged united trade union fronts as a solid base and dragging other social forces and parties into this struggle, or active support of it, led more by the trade union fronts after 2003/2005. And today historically, although we are entering after 2003 in an era of mounting of sharper class contradiction due to the more combative posture taken by the workers, however the main danger of reformist influence in the workers' trade unions are still there. This reformist line is not able to resist the neo-fascist policies of the new financial oligarchies, centered around governments-central regional bank and large banks and stock markets being restructured under dominating process of fictif capital accumulation-concentration process ( that David Harvey argued to be a process of 'capital accumulation by dispossession' which we term as the essence of fictitious capital domination of pillage and corruption and fraudulent criminal looting capitalism ) because the working class has no, or very little social-scientific grasp on this fictitious capital's overwhelming domination, and is still confused by socialist 'neo-liberal' theories. The voting system still remains the main political 'revenge' for the working class, or the dependance on internal contradictions of the capitalist groups as a desperate inefficient tactics . And building for the new political existence of mass organizations under the new revolutionary line and the new methods are indispensable for break-throughts out of these political impasses for the oppressed and for the over-exploited and excluded stratas thus pushed towards the neo-fascist and neo-nazi ideologies. This idea can be concretely applied only in what we term it as "weak-link regions" such as S. America (or developped further in India or Africa !) where persistant revolutionary efforts and mass struggles are waged in numerous countries and where the political result is the official demand by more than 22 countries actively seeking independance from Fictitious Capital domination and freedom from new imperialism of financial new fascism of I.M.F. or political coup d'états by USA ! The recent radical demands for regional independence by suggesting The Alba for the new unit of exchange controlled by left government democratic management is but one of manifestation of people's mass organizations political growth and political demands for real social-economic structured changes, reflecting mass consciousness and mass political revolutionary movements in South America. On the opposite side of S. America, those reformist petit bourgeois dominant ideologies - in N. America or in Europe or in China, dominant in the past 40 years, leaning on bourgeois structures for change are largely present by socialist-reformist world outlook reflected by middle classes' development ( also present ever since the middle of nineteen century ) and reflected by the political line of socialist bourgeois world-outlooks. Although the middle class was then, 1840-1960 a thinner strata, in most countries, and in disintegration process between proletarian masses and the bourgeoisie, nothing like those stratified large masses of middle classes of today ( after 1970- ... ), stabalized by fictitious capital after 1973/79. They represented and reproduced all those political lines exposed and fought against, in their most important numbers, by Marx and The First C.I. resulting in the relative short victory in The Paris Commune. Later they were also exposed by Engels, Lenin, Rosa Luxembourg and other social scientists and political leaders and members of The second or the Third C.I., with more concrete results obtained over them in 1917, down to 1949 and The Chinese Communist Party (section of third international ) with Mao - up to 1970 ! However today under the domination of Fictif kapital - large government bureaucracy, large multi-national corporations, war-energy corporations, FIRE sections of economy (Finance, Insurance, Real-Estate and small resellers ) the social consequence is the emergence of the large and stable middle classes, which are affecting much the political reality in contrast to their unstable and less important political situation in the nineteen or early twentieth century up to 1940/45 ! This has a major effect on the balance of political forces, creation of green forces, political fronts such as Altermondialists, absence of class struggle consciousness in other stratas, religious ideologies, new republicanism etc... in favor of fraudulent capitalism and in detriment of the communist forces and their thinned-out ideology, are the realities to be handled by new methods. Because a revolutionary theory of working masses has to facilitate the identification of all the numerous pitfalls for reformism existing in political scene of these modern large classes whose 'mixed-up ideologies' (tainted by reformism ) or green alternatives and other 'new paths' of non-class struggle are often anti-revolutionary too, in the sens that they don't trust revolution to be the surest or best way. However after 1971/73 financial crisis of over-indebted imperialism, followed by a decade of intensive social stife in USA during the sixties and all over the world in third world countries or former colonies, and the revolutionary movements and radical non-aligned countries dispersed world push against imperialism, a paradoxal defeat and needed structural change for imperialism occurs in economic sphere. Inflation and later Stagflation, a mixed real and fictitious capital accumulation used, is often the only way out for the economic impass encountered and used by imperialists to face the under-development encountered in imperialist system. The growing mass revolts in USA- the equal rights and black people's movements there in the 1960's - and in Europe, in1968, marks the greatest working class general strikes and demands for a better living conditions. And added to them the pressure of peaceful co-existence of socialist camp, their relative success in technological, medical or cultural spheres as well as soviet aids for former colonies and semi-colonies replacing U.S. Aids, coupled by revolutionary aspirations of people and the countries for economic independance from imperialism were arriving at a time when the world imperialist financial restrictions could not cope with the much expanded industrial and commercial expansions. The real cause behind this paradoxal defeat - as predicted also by Marxist theory of falling rate of profits -, in case of the real capital's accumulation, was twofold, first a non-sufficient real capital accumulation for needed colossal world-wide investments and growth maintenance or military expenses growing faster, due to this fall of profit tendencies coupled by shrinking markets of governments following the Communist State-Growth model (that Naomi Klein mentions as Growth and Progress model followed in third world countries) trying to immitate communist fast growth and large scale reforms for creating mixte government-capitalist monopoly sectors. And these massive government direct interventions grabbing further markets from private capitalist-imperialist markets helped further shrinking of imperialist markets. Since 1945/50, for the capitalist countries in general and the USA, bogged down financialy and heavily indebted and politicaly reaching a low point in the impass in Viet Nam War, also called a 'political quagmire' and thus politicaly weakened from within as well as on the international scene faced with the pushing Socialist Camp, and 'East Wind prevailing on West Wind', as Mao exposed then, and/or calling for more growth and the desperate lacking development needed world-wide to face revolutions preparing on five continents. On the other hand the socialist camp, although divided on it's anti-imperialist front for a revolutionary stand against imperialism or a peaceful coexistence for gaining a wider political base, had seperately scored different advances with relative successes coming out of WWII massive destructions and achievements for massive reconstruction in Russia, in USSR, in East Europe and help for Chinese industrial construction and helping for revolutions such as liberation movements in Africa, in Cuba and other Asian countries and aids for Viet Nam and Korean or Cuban revolutions, etc..., thus a socialist camp fraughted by large contradictions and splits developed since 1956 between USSR and China but still gaining ground by either peaceful competition, or weakened by PRC's anti-imperialist and revolutionary line of bringing combined aid for revolution against USA-Allies (NATO_I) forces. And revolution or progressive national independence movements of non-aligned countries in the former colonies were gaining major grounds in S.E Asia, in Africa and Latin America or in The Middle East against imperialist forces, and for more economic independance. Imperialism faced the real strategic impass revealed in The Viet Nam War's defeat developing a new horizon for people after 1968 ! Also USA, posed as leader of capitalist countries after 1945 and The Marchal Plan implemented in Europe and Japan, was politicaly weakened by the social liberty struggles of the sixties followed by the the anti-war political movements up to 1971/73 crisis, and other social-political or revolutionary movements in the world opposing it altogether. All these resistances together with progressive people against war everywhere and the non-aligned countries breaking more ties with the West and establishing relations with 'the prevailing East Wind' and establishing freindship ties with the socialist camps in the world in detriment of a narrowed world market left for imperialism from one hand and struck by an insufficiency of massive colossal needed capitals for developing further the needed investments that were lacking - on colossal scales - after The Marshal Plan's investments growth depleted in 1955/60. The world cried out for a new sustained global growth which was becoming a great impass for capitalist-imperialist limited growth potentials being fast depleted and certain limits of peaceful coexistence were attained that forced a major new restructuring process in imperialism in order to push western capitalist countries forward in this shrinking world markets and pushing for maximum independence from imperialist heavy debt and dependency yokes. This basic frame of imperialist leadership for USA was showing it's limits in Viet Nam War's impass, a possible final dead end for capitalism, if an active push could come from socialist camp. A mere political illusion for the given structured imperfect socialism suffocating under State Capitalist bureaucratic government with socialist aspects, locked-in capitalist world market, it's fatal monetary system and the Yalta Pact's peacefull coexistence and intermingled international imperialist dominated U.N. political-diplomatic relations. Therefore there arises, in 1971/73 crisis and the horizon of a massive political defeat in Viet Nam War for the USA-NATO imperialist forces a vital need for a new massive capital investment in order to save the insufficient growth and the struggle against revolutions and for the realization of needed reforms for holding back the revolutionary radicalization of progressive people. This increased investment needs in the whole world pushing for better and faster growth had to be acheived by reliance on fictitious capital experienced in Nazi Germany by Hitler for the great economic jump for rearmament of the 12 million strong nazi army. This is but one of the external conditions imposed on the imperialist structure and the reason for adopting the new policy of relying on Fictitious Capital production - a fraudulent capitalism taking hold - and the needed structural changes within imperialism that gives birth after 1971/73 crisis. The other more basic reason, we have demonstrated to be the faster growth of the fictitious capital with respect to real capital growth - that is the evolution of this dynamic contradiction neglected by Marx in The Capital and its' first world-wide financial desastrous effect of the N.Y. Stock-Market Crash of Aug.1929, announcing the world-wide Big Depression, rise of fascism and the Second World War, not thoroughly investigated and analysed - for the inevitable birth of this new phase of neoimperialism of dominant fictitious capital or the new development of a new phase of fictitious capital accumulation domination over the real capital accumulation process. A totally parasitic growth for short term victories to defeat accumulated enemies and an uncertain future for capitalism to start from a blank sheet or a political vaccuum thus created for a new period of relative sustainable growth and a political domination for a longer period of time, but with less competitors in the international sceene. A new super structure in the capitalist relations of production imposed by force in complete contrast and free of all harmonious coexistence or Yalta type restrictions set for imperialism. The rise of neo-cons, as the organized new fictitious capital's financial oligarchies' leaders in the capitalist-imperialist world theroizing the New World Order, arming the religeous or fascists against progressive governments and pushing for the breaking up of large government structures in Latin America and break-up of capitalist state structures from the Chilean Coup d'Etat in 1973 against Allende's socialist progressive government, is the departure for the world wide domination of this neoimperialism and for complete displacement and destruction of old structures and political alliances. This was the new restructuring of the neoimperialism with changing alliances and a neo-fascist agenda of long war process made possible with the massive creation of fraudulent and criminal fictitious capital methods developed by G2 within the old imperialist frame-work reframed for the new phase. All this made possible by the 'coexistence' complicity of USSR and the Chinese non-interest for the 'back-yard' continent of U.S.A., staying far from a Leninist Revolutionary Communist International, staying far from communists of Latine America or elsewhere. This is the start of a new 'disaster capitalism' with schock and awe strategy and the new neofascist policy well discribed by Naomi Kleine's extended study (The Strategy of Choc and Awe) and a well documented book with extended references for exposure of this new anti-progress politics of The Fictif Kapital's new oligarchies taking hold in USA. The massive defeat in Viet Nam from communist forces had imposed this new super-structure and the needed barbarianism together with the CIA's strategy of 'The Green Belt' (not mentioned by Naomi Klein), using anti-communist, anti-nationalist religious integrist forces against China and USSR and East Europe's influence in the world and for a massive counter attack on socialist camp. Although Naomi Kleine does not offer a total implication of development of this new strategy by the disintegration process engaged after 1970's of socialist camp and hidden privatization starting as early as 1956/65 in USSR, within the socialist camp and later on explosing in East-Europe after 1980, under the imperialist intervention of raising the interest rates for the socialist camp's borrowings under Reagan's finance minister (The Federal Reserve Agent) administration for strengthening of the fictitious capital's hold and the total economic defeat to be brought against The Warsaw Pact countries starting from the East Europe's socialist 'weak-link'. The explicit reason for the rise of the new era of domination of the fictitious capital was the faster rate of growth of this capital with respect to real capital proceeding from real economies, and this ever since the 1800 under the widespread differential banking practices already well established in England and in Europe. But the financial problems of balance of trade aggravated after hundred and seventy years, of rapid development of international trade, because of improved transportations and revolutionary jumps in the systems of world wide communications, by the insufficiency of colossal volumes of gold needed for sustaining the gold standard as the universal money - or any other material precious metal to practicaly stand for these needed colossal reserves of the unit of exchange reserves - the dollar failed to fulfil the 'bancor' project of Keynes' financial IMF plan of 1945 - because of this colossal growth of world exchanges and volume of international trades after 1945/50/60-70, This basic insufficiency together with the shrinking world markets for the imperialist world due to the people's liberation movements mentioned above, constitute the content of the political-economic and social crisis of 1971/73 ! Therefore gold was officially dropped as the world money (after holding for some 2600 years as the safest world-money) after 1971 - as also described by Marx, as a conventional world money and needed unit of exchange for the world trade, also well explained in 'The Capital' as a world trading custom and tradition - And with Nixon's historic administration decision to disengage from paying the equivalence of 35 dollars per ounce of gold since 1971, gold was in fact officialy abolished as this world money and no longer stood as an official needed exchange unit, which was dropped for good ; this reflected also the depletion of Fort Knox gold reserves due to the unequal development of world trade imbalances and the bankrupcy due to Viet Nam war expenses befalling all at the same time on USA etc... Therefore fiat money was thus legalized world-wide, as of Nazi Germany's method of parasitic fast growth. This period of second-life for capitalism was forced on imperialism, and historically the american colonies had experienced such an accelerated growth from 1700-1770, where fiat money was issued there for lack of gold reserves sent back to England, later on stopped by legislation pushed through by Bank of England in London (evidently with fiat money and prosperity on the rise banks could not make much loans, this is why they prefer crisis and poverty in order to strengthen their hold on governments and economy or on people ! ), thus provoking a depression in American colonies, which was one of the causes for the American 1776 revolution, facing depression after this reactionary legislation imposed by private interests dominating on England's Central Bank. These new structural changes were imposed on imperialism since 1971/73 crisis (also known as the oil crisis as the OPEC's oil producing countries started asking for more structural price hikes for the petrolium products to catch-up fictitious capital's super inflationary prices imposed on products manufactured in the western countries and together with the 'paper dollar' imposed.) This economic bankrupcy of imperialism and systemic crisis and defeat is politically aggravated and materialized in The Viet Nam's war defeat of USA-Allies and also those accomplices of peaceful coexistence with imperialist world system created under Yalta Pact since 1945. This social-political-ideological-economic defeat was also the victory of revolutionary anti-imperialist camp (Asian regional remanents of third international, aided massively by Stalin for leaders such as Mao-Kim il Sung-Ho Chi Minh's communist parties, members of The Third C.I. remaining anti-imperialist, and their united efforts materialized in 1975's disastrous defeat of USA and Allies and accomplices of peaceful coexistence and peaceful socialist development reformist communist camp, forced to aid North Viet Nam, in the capture of Ho Chi Minh City in 1975 by communist forces and complete defeat of USA forces forced to a massive precipitous evacuation from Saigon. Although one has to admit that Brejnev's era in the 70's faced with this reactionary new phase of neo-imperialism was to resort to a fast re-armement and extended defensive investments for the much enlarged defensive preparations that included for more aids for N. Viet Nam for acquiring of naval and armed forces facilities in that strategic region of the world too, in addition to other astronomical expenditures for defense industries under-taken in USSR then, that some Marxists' analysis include this massive expenditures for an increased new dissatisfaction for the soviet people in USSR as well as over-extended heavy government debts or expenditures that contributed to the financial bankruptcy of USSR. This new strategic massive rearmement of USSR was also wrongly interpreted by some Maoists to be a Social-Imperialism (anti-revolutionary imperialist force : a non-scientific theory and merely exposed later to be an anti-USSR empty propaganda without a clear content shown by those claiming that USSR's imperialism - on northern borders - was more dangerous for China than open USA attacking Viet Nam's revolution on Chineese southern 'soft flanks' a capitalist roaders propaganda bewildering many true revolutionaries from main problems faced by world revolution between 1960-1975 and beyond !) taking hold in Russia and in USSR, left out of the reality of fictitious capital's new phase changing the political situation, for the neoimperialism and the 'new imperialist war-diplomacy' of dividing the USSR and Chinese camp as a must for this new shock & awe restructuring of neo-imperialist adventure. The paradox of this imperialist defeat is a very favorable international political situation for communist resistance but an absence of a breaking-through victory for the communists was the result of not producing a clear analysis of the international new imperialist developments added to the historic lack of social-political alternative, mentioned by Lenin's strategic prediction for an absolute need for a new socialist transformation alternative in imperialist period in 1922 (Lenin well understood this danger because, in addition to grave problems and war or civil war forcing undesired policies on communists in this period, the bourgeoisie's state aparatus and the capitalist system was not entirely smashed in 1917-1922 in Russia - as predicted by Marxist completed theory drawn from Paris Commune's short-lived experience - as needed to be according to lessons drawn by Marx, in his The First International's Report - The Civil War in France, diffused two days after the fall of The Commune, from the Paris Commune's defeat by the bourgeoisie, Thier's gathered government in Versaille, aided by and in complicity with the German invading army in 1871 ), in order to draw out of these victories over fascism or nazis after 1945, and left under the ilusions of the disastrous popular front tactics backed by Stalin's false conviction of national bourgeoisie's revolutionary capacity in the colonies or former colonies or semi-colonies, developed into a systemic peaceful coexistence with imperialism by Krouchtchev, on the maintained false theory that every communist party was supposed to win over his bourgeoisie, on his own, dating from Marx's period, that left communist forces isolated and divided in the world facing much superior imperialist forces united in NATO, U.N., I.M.F., W.T.O. and supporting the fiat monetary system by G7 united anti-revolutionary efforts etc.... Nor a clear social-scientific alternative was developed after 1966/68 massive struggles waged during The Cultural Revolution in China was drawn out for the scientific development under new international situations created by the massive Viet Nam's sacrifices offered there. This lack of clear alternative is felt in Socialist China ever since 1955, the Great Leap forward and 'naturally' or 'peculiarly' continues as late as The Great Cultural Revolution, where Mao blasted the capitalist roaders without calling for a new C.I. after 1969/70, neither a sustainable revolutionary socialist growth in the socialist camp in China was developed for a mass socialization to counter the capitalist roader's right line, beyond the initial programs of great leap forward resembling to a 'Chinese N.E.P' , aided by USSR, and based on the revisionist or insufficient theory of developing the productive forces alone, without the qualitative change needed for all to become partners in China, towards abolishing of classes and all privileges there. Except for the large communes developed there as a political base for the communist party, no other mass socialization is carried out in other sectors, other than fortification for defense industries to neutralize threats of imperialist massive nuclear attacks, which was an option seriously discussed in Washington after The Korean War, or after 1953/60's . The only clear strategic formulation coming out after 1956, for a way forward on the international scene after Stalin is the Khrouchtchev's line in USSR's for a peaceful commpetition with imperialism, a peaceful transition to communism and a big centralized bureaucratic state for a peaceful evolution of the whole people's state towards completion of socialism or transition to communism in USSR . This reformist line is strongly rejected by CPC (open letter of CPC to CPSU in 1956 after the 20th congress there!) and some other communist parties and movements, such as Cuban revolutionaries united with Fidel Castro and Che Gevara etc... calling themselves to be 'the new communist movement', however with no over-all analysis of the structural evolution of imperialism and/or a socialist independant growth towards communism, although the gevarist line for calling for the formation of a new international with strategy of two, three Viet Nam was a basicaly correct line, neglected by all ! On the other hand in China, where a pro-revolution line is maintained, the same over-all program of USSR is implied (on the basis of development of productive forces) on the whole for building socialism with capitalist monetary means of exchange kept as a defective socialist system maintained, qualified by Mao to be the capitalist roaders' line in 1966/68. This theory of building socialism by capitalist tools and monetary system with all other aspects of insuficient programs indeed suffered from this reformist theory of mainely conceiving the productive forces growth to be sufficient in order to reach communism. Instead of qualitative socialist needed changes in the production relations in order to establish the social partnership in China or in USSR, other countries where socialist revolutions had succeeded took the same road for socialism. On the other hand neither the needed program of withering of the large bureaucratic centralized socialist state was developped in order for a mass socialization of the social, economic and political aspects for liberation of masses' energies and all persons in order for opening the road to communist society for all. The communist program for abolishing all properties, including the state property, was abandonned everywhere under the exagerated imperialist danger of attacking the base ( today our - www.oppressedpeople.com - complete alternative of T.P.P.P. plus O.S.U. plus N.C.I._fifth revolution to defeat completely all enemies is developped in order to avoid these fatal past errors ! ). And since 1960, joining of PRC to U.N. membership with veto power aquiring advantages from imperialism just like USSR, under Yalta's Pact in 1945, the peaceful coexistence line has taken solid grounds in Socialist China too, which constituted the political ground for capitalist roaders advancing parallel to USSR's peaceful coexistance forces on the similar social-economic grounds ! Therefore no concrete political progress was materialized after 1970, as to a social-political alternative of mass socialization, widening of proletarian social-political democracy, empowering people against the capitalist roaders in an effective social-political alternative plan in PRC or in other socialist countries. State Socialism was maintained everywhere with some aspects of state capitalism and bureaucracy and monetary exchange system, that dragged socialist countries towards state capitalism more than towards communism in fact. On the contrary hardest won revolutions against US imperialism does not yield a more favarable social alternative in Vietnam either and state capitalism with socialist aspects continue to be the basic insufficient existing alternative and the defective model reemployed, based on insufficient revolutionary theory and practice, there as anywhere else. As a result of this political situation Socialist camp weakened in East Europe or in USSR, policy of socialism in words but practicing state capitalism in centralized all massive bureaucratic states alienated from the workers and the masses as in PRC and elsewhere ! Capitalist monetary system is planned in a reformist way, in those socialist states, to be diminished by bits and small portions, however growing in fact due to foreign exchange needs to implement the massive defense plans against imperialist war- onslaughts, for a higher internal economic growth and investment needs and for the developing of ties with the third world or non-aligned countries under COMECOM plan. And for maintaining aid for East Europe and the Warsaw's Military Pact for strengthening East-Europe against European and USA's financial inroads and influence growing in East European former socialist countries allied to USSR, and for containing PRC's influence in those countries due to splits within the socialist camp - against countries such as Albania taking some positions close to CPC -, due to political split since 1956 with Chinese line of firm anti-imperialist political position and aid for communist revolutions in Asia or in 'Third World' countries instead of peaceful coexistence with imperialism, dragged by state capitalism and dependencies on capitalist monetary exchange system, neither camp developed the internal needed true socialist program for transition to communism ! The other paradoxal defeat is occurring for revolutionary forces in PRC after 1975 Nixon's visit to China, and opening of a ping-pong diplomacy of rehabilitation of China in the imperialist institutions and world markets. The wide opening of the door to PRC in the U.N., giving veto power and a pledge of investment aids to China and borrowing facilities (which meant in reality the massive implementation of a division diplomacy of opening China's markets for imperialist investments together with political aims of driving a political dividing wedge between the two already seperated camps and complicate their reconciliatory lines to develop after post-Viet-Nam victorious joint efforts won against imperialism !), and other imperialist concessions to China on the world market and influence in The Third World countries etc... This policy in fact, coupled by the internal basic socialist program's insufficiencies, strengthens the reformist chinese line materialized in Deng's formulation of 'three world theory' that advocated peaceful coexistence with imperialism and free market socialism ; a sham revisionist capitalist roaders' theory, confusing capitalist road and socialist road by advocating that ' there are no differences to black cat or white cat, as long as they catch mouses ' ( that he drew from theory of growth of production forces for reaching communism ) that suddenly, and curiously wins massive grounds with Nixon's imperialist's defeat and new Yalta concessions for China. The paradox is the lack of a clear socialist revolutionary analysis of the new world shaping up with Fictitious Capital developing since 1929 financial crash in N.Y. and taking over since 1971/73 crisis and therefore this lack of a new revolutionary communist line needed - and pointed out by Lenin in The Fourth Congress of Comintern in 1922, left without much attention - in order to be able to explain this new era of imperialist's restructured capitalism on increased fictitious capital growth that acts much differently than the closing imperialist era after 1968/1970, together with large splits remaining between USSR and Chinese camps create the largest confusion of socialist and other progressive left forces after 1980's facing the choc and awe strategy of fraudulent capitalism and it's parasitic growth effects, seen as a second life for a dying imperialist system ! And especially indeed this lack of revolutionary line since after 1929 financial crisis in Wall Street, not entirely analyzed in the new Leninist fashion that warned after 1922, the fourth congress of the Third C.I., in front of all communist party leaders, that unless everything (theoretically and practically analyzed ) and taken from the begining in order to build a comprehensive revolutionary theory ( that is begining from Marx and following through to Lenin ) and the new strategy not clearly defined as to the new mass-socialization needed for the building of socialism totally in adifferent way and other way than the insufficient program of Communist Manifesto (First C.I. program drawn by Marx & Engels in 1847/48 crisis, not even entirely implemented in Paris Commune), because they were forced by Lenin's temporary analysis after 1922 to start on State Capitalism ( implied in the N.E.P. program then after 1921 /22. This was in fact a step backward from socialist construction but forced on the revolutionary camp by imperialist wars and imperialist blockades and massive destructions in Russia), thence Lenin was predicting the death of communism will be a certainty, unless this new alternative program, drawn from new contradictions of imperialist condition, is developed and taken up in a thorough fashion for developing the construction of socialism in USSR due to insufficiency of Manifesto program after 1900 ! For the new imperialist phase that changed entirely the political situation and needed new methods and approachs for the rapid growth of revolutionary forces and mass socialization in that period facing the enemy's new growth. This was the first duty and the main task to be developed by The Third Communist International (Commintern, communists of all over the world ) set in the fourth congress in 1922, that was not carried out best and Lenin's warning was left greatly heedless after his death, happening most unfortunately after two years, in 1924 ! And even revolutionary conditions in Germany 1922-1924 left un-aided by C.I., staying more or less with the old Marxian conditions that every party will have to carry his own cross by himself, what we see still going on even after more than 80 years although we now well that the imperialism and the neoimperialism is concentrating as much as possible their forces, and systematically, against the revolutionary forces in the whole world ! The Stalin's vast program for the socialization of the agricultural sectors in USSR after 1929, although having a certain success, proved in practice with predominance and victory over Nazi attack, for production output and modernization of that important sectors of Soviet industries, based on the old and insufficient theory of development of productive forces between 1929-1936, however had not produced the overall needed program of communist revolutionary growth put to test in The Spanish War ! There, USSR, faced Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy of Mussolini after some 7 years of implementing an insufficient socialist growth (limited to agricultural sectors and depending greatly on the theory of developing of productive forces with cultural revolutions and Stakanovitch's movement in the industries ) in USSR, which turned out to be insufficient to defeat capitalist state concentrated nazi or fascist power, aided by fictif capital growth then ( Germany issued fiat money and was massively aided by international bankers in Switzerland, the lack of theoretical implications for the use of Fictitious Capital by Nazis and aided by international bankers was crucial here ! ) And given that social-scientific insufficiency of socialist revolutionary growth since 1929, forced the 'lamed duck' or non-sufficient policy of relying on imperialist contradictions, or USA aids during WWII. The firm stand developed against revolutionary internationalists' line of anti-imperialism and reliance on world revolutions (not aided as actively by an active C.I. and not developing as fast as it should have either ( in 1920-1937 period, although hit by The Great Depression, German revolution unaided from USSR was defeated in 1923/24, followed by defeat in Spain, even though Comintern had passed to active intervention unlike in Germany's defeat - in 1933-1936 - and fascism gaining solid ground in Europe thereafter ). The Germano-Soviet pact of 1939, for gaining a vital necessary breathing time for reorganization of needed logistics ( massive removals of heavy industries back to ural mountains to safeguard soviets from aerial bombardments experienced in Spanish war, lessons drawn by Commintern in Spanish war, was a colossal reorganization imposed on USSR by Germany's rearmement which was allowed passively by imperialists and socialist party in France - Popular front lead by Leon Blum, head of Socialist Party, following greatly in bourgeoisi's steps in implementing Munich Politics ! ) and even eventually having to rely partly on USA aid for Stalin against Hitler in 1942-45 war period. This was opening concessions on revolutionary Comintern's line and abandoning communist forces against british attacks in Greece, in Europe after 1945, in Indonesia, in Congo of Patrice Lumumba, in Iran's CIA coup-d'Etat etc... and acceptance of all of these retreats only for clinging to Yalta Pact for consolidating the 'mother-base' of socialism in USSR was Stalins' basic defensive line developed as a sort of patriotic-communism having close connotations of national-communism, than internationalist line of firm anti-imperialist revolutionary political line. This also reflected eventually the maximum sacrifice offered for the 25 millions or so massacred by German Nazis in USSR, and the post war sacrifices for helping to rebuild Russia for the second or third times after the long murderous wars of 1905 to 1945 in Russia, in Europe, aid for East Europe, for Korea and Chinese revolution and the rebuilding of these devastated countries for standing on their own and the rest of the sacrifices offered by USSR and Stalin's political line could not have yielded any more for these massive colossal accomplishments (that no-body can deny as to the proletarian communist ideology of it's true content ) and other achievements in space programs or building defense against impending imperialist war-mongering policies all over the world against USSR, could only yield this peaceful coexistence line and limited aid for revolutions as an ultimate limiting sacrifice offered by Russian socialists and Russian people, who had chosen to carry on without a Communist International, on the face of repeted revolutions lost in Germany, in Spain, and others not forth-coming either, that is not expecting any major revolutionary developments other than made possible already by this defensive line. USSR and China and the rest was enough to build socialism in fact and from this point of view a possible way was 'seen' if imperialism was 'calmed-down' by this in fact a one sided peaceful coexistence applied by USSR ( sic ? ) This is why Kim-Il-Sung, Mao and Ho Chi Minh, later Cuba and the rest of the revolution in the world or the revolutionaries were left basically by themselves to fight and carry the heavy load in Asia or in S.E. Asia after 1950's, deprived of the needed Leninist C.I. for a unified global strategy to break the weak links, left alone or in the third world or in Europe in general. That is the Leninist anti-imperialist revolutionary line of Third C.I. was abandoned ( as the closing of Comintern in 1943 ! ) swapped for a defense of mother-land or consolidation of socialist world already liberated in East Europe, Asia and a small tip in Latin America (already a colossal space where building socialism was indeed possible if a true socialist alternative, as we are developing since 2000, was followed ! ), as a world base for the far out future revolutions developing by themselves, or developing further the socialist bases by implementing a sham coexistence with imperialism left free for attacking everywhere the revolutions in the third world freely and actively against a passive support of revolutions by USSR after 1945 (This was in fact the same policy or not so different from the one developed by Trotsky for The Fourth C.I., lacking the global analysis and the needed global strategy in order to break the chains in their weak links as pointed out by Che Gevara in two, three Viet Nam strategy ! ) , and/or an over-all passive support of China after 1970's for the communist revolutions and the call for an indispensable needed leninist international. And, on the other hand, only an active support of the national bourgeoisie, by massive aid for development of third world's push for liberation from imperialist domination, and other countries in the old colonies in order to gain some influence in third world for USSR - and this politics becoming inevitable by the mere reliance on the sham productivist theory and maintenance of capitalist medium for exchange in order to gain needed dollars - under 'comecon' program of breaking or weakening of imperialist economic blockade against USSR or against China and the rest ! The Chinese policy of using Viet Nam War in order to break this imperialist blockade around China, after 1960/65 in fact did not help or could not replace for the socialist needed alternative and helped to strengthen further only the capitalist roaders, attacked during The Cultural Revolution since 1966, which resulted in their gaining of a larger political base after 1970/73/75, with opening of Chinese markets on USA or others, for a complete rapid take over of all communist party and state after Mao's death in 1976 by the capitalist roaders ! Today a sham program of market-socialism (sic ? ) is implemented for the capitalist integration of China in the neo-imperialist division of labor and markets, an anti-revolutionary regime under 'communist party' leadership ! One has to admit to a certain important theoretical advances and achievements of elements of this 'ideal social-scientific transition needed program' and concrete advance towards clarification of this social political needed alternative, that we are conceiving as a more general program for a social scientific transition today, has been greatly shaped up in USSR or in Mao's socialist China ( much positive lessons as much as many negative ones to avoid absolutely !) or in other socialist countries such as Cuban socialist revolution. Some of these elements are : The equality legislated in constitution for genders both in USSR and in China and other communist countries' achievements in this important area. The development of cultural revolutions in USSR, after Lenin's death there by the communist party, the massive workers movements for rapid progress in infra-structure buildings and application of new technology, the massive socialization in agricultural sectors transforming the relations of production as a complete transformation of land serfs liberated completely from feudal and semi-feudal relations, in the whole soviet union after 1929, development of technology and other administrative techniques for defeating nazis' imperialist power during the WWII, development of high-techs and space projects, medical progress and health system for all, free educational system for all, dedicating budget and large means in order to develop culture in USSR, in China and in other socialist states etc...etc... ; the development of class analysis in China by CPC for the existence of bourgeois strata in the state and party aparatus or the administrative bureaucracy, The Great Cultural Revolution for cultural deeper and a more extensive transformations, the swapping of posts between city and country for cultural and ideological development, political needed struggles for acheiving the needed changes and breaking big hurdles as the developed contents of needed intesification in class struggle, world-wide point of views and concerns , systemetized criticism, active aid for revolutions in Korea and lesss of it in Viet Nam or others, development of the need for a new international with strategy of two, three Viet Nams, regional medical aids by Cuba, the revolutionary chapters written on the five continents, and forcing capitalist system to greatly follow suit or be over-thrown by people all over the world developing their demands citing the revolutionary changes taking place and made possible in communist countries as an international rule ! These are but some of the more general trends mentioned of course, thousand of others remains for the wide world to be rediscovered by a more detailed flash-back on the achievements of 'incomplete socialism' applied. These big strides for civilization and other progresses in other countries have inspired us today for building the new socialist alternative of Open Social University system, that can be globalized, as a new social-scientific vast program of building socialism, including all positive lessons and aspects developed to be carried on within this new frame work and learned or developed in USSR, in PRC (China ) and elsewhere, versus the state socialism or the narrow frame work practiced there. The adoption of citizen's credit system based on the active socialized work in O.S.U., in administrative (government jobs), in defense works for The N.C.I. ( The Fifth ) etc... based on a social-scientific unit of socialist exchange ( a non-capitalist medium of exchange used for developing individual's culture and potentials primarily, with possibility of developing it further into specialized unit of exchange as consumption, cultural, energy, health, habitat, construction mens of exchange as exclusive monetary socialist tool etc... as opposed to capitalist opaque and corruptible money system that is used for developing money primarily !) ; together with empowering people permanently in the Tribunal of People's Permanent Power ( T.P.P.P. ) for people to freely adhere in order to judge and condemn if adopted by a majority vote the local or regional or global responsibles for applying the Fictitious Kapital system , the genocidal wars, and neoimperialist wars, the mass unemployment or the systemic discriminations of gender, race, ethnic or against minorities and oppressed people , and last but not least for violations from 'Laicity Laws' (non-religious approach in social-economic-political decisions) or improved Human Rights all banned or diminished as secondary to scientific socialism by all people voting for them ! These are socialist institutions, O.S.U. and T.P.P.P., permanently empowering people which control the economic and research and management or technology developments globaly and thus dwarfs the socialist state reduced for infrastructural needs, national social assurances, civilian needs and defenses or other national or regional cooperations for developments, and reserves the anti-neoimperialist fronts and syndicate or trade-union fronts for the C.I. to manage with the international sections of local parties and groups or fronts lead by these sections, or mass organizations for the anti-neoimperialist campaigns. T.P.P.P. is highest judicial instance in this modern socialism and neither C.I., nor any state or party will be able to oppose it's global condemnations or judicial decisions in the matter of criminalization of fictitious capital production - or accumulation or distribution - crimes commited and put to light for people all over the world to decide for the appropriate condemnations of the criminals thus judged openly in a complete transparency and all independent popular chosen committees for giving detailed reports on these violations and crimes. And the O.S.U., is ran democratically and in complete transparancy and with the free voting system within specific projects or sectors of economy and is totally dependant on direct democracy, and people freely joining this world-wide university, that empowers the students and their chosen temporary staff for the specific projects and researchers proposing these projects, and the related decisions of it's members. And anybody in the world can freely adhere to these projects and work in the socialist university for life, and adopt it's socialist medium of exchange - the citizen's credit system that can only develop it's students - and respect and develop thes |

| What ESSENTIAL CHANGES are to be envisaged for The N.C.I.(Fifth-Revolutionary) to become an efficient massive tool for social revoluttionary changes in XXI century ? In the French article that appeared some ten days ago for these needed changes we had some basic suggestions with respect to the new foundations needed for this N.C.I. (5th-Revolut.) regarding the four basic types of changes needed A) The basic Marxist Method to be applied without any limits or restrictions for developing socialist relations. B) The content of changes needed in application of old Marxist Theories, that have become inefficient by changed basic conditions today. (old theories not reflecting exactly the new period of capitalist development after 1980 up unto present days! ) C) To avoid absolutely the old 'communist reforms' that were more of an obvious failure and/or the old structures applied for these 'non-communist' reforms, used in USSR, in China and other socialist countries - by mere increase in levels of production to reach socialism-communism, going into state capitalism rather than establishing socialist genuine revolutionary partnership in the whole society for rapid transition ! Marx had seen best that socialism and the socialist relations will not cristalize in capitalist society unlike past formations, and Lenin thought that a new phase ( unlike past capitalism ) was emerging : the imperialist phase ; we have theorized ' Fictitious Capital's complete domination since 1979, to be even a higher phase than the one identified by Lenin ; that is capitalism can only bring a more restrictive-nondemocratic form of capitalism - the old reformist-social-democratic theory of capitalism evolving into socialism or nearing socialism is the poison that killed USSR and China and other forms of old socialism arising against old imperialism. We identified some of strategic errors of state-party socialism : maintenance of massive state property creating the new bourgeoisie (capitalist or state-capitalist roaders *), party domination restricted evolution of creative ideas to invent socialism( a complete partnership of all in the new state in a withering or fallen under people's power (the real proletarian vast democracy) ; eliminating the Communist International under the state-party weight and all-power status ; (* State property must have been abolished and not reenforced through state capitalist relations stabalized by Grossplan!) D) The new alternatives needed for effectively reaching out to genuine communism sought initially by Marx ! For all these basic needed changes, having in mind as to what was poorly applied in USSR or in China to reach genuine dynamic socialism, we have reached a more general consensus that The New Communist International (The Fifth- revolutionary ) will not be like the Second or Third neither as The Fourth International, but has to be refounded on the main Marxist lines of The First International ( minus the short political program furnished in The Communist Manifesto's last page, the short program of The Communist Party-Sections which is out-dated today !) A- The revolutionary Marxist Method is the social scientific process of empowering all citizens to ensure their free development and to minimize the bourgeoisie's representative system ( used by bourgeoisie for eliminating maximum of citizen's directe decisions ) and The N.C.I. only through a most 'direct democracy' can ensure and optimize the people's interests more thoroughly. Today the technological revolution in the communications system makes the direct domocracy of Marxists' proletarian democracy to be explosing in its' most extensive form of mass-democracy, and to be appllied in practice for a successful transition to communist free class-less society in a shorter period, equally helping the cultural mass-revolutions structured in The N.C.I.'s Open Social University extended on the globe ! On the face of these modern revolutions in technology the N.C.I. can in fact abolish the bourgeoisie's method of representative democracy and to make it illegal for somebody representing another citizen older than 13/15 year old of age ! In this case all important decisions will be voted directly by every citizen after long enough debates and democratic open confrontations of ideas, rather than to be shoved down from 'above' (the above being much leveled-down too), or through free development of projects in The Open Social University, a new concept of building genuine socialism, in massive contrast to State-Party Socialism ending up to logically evolve into state capitalism and eventually to take the road to sham 'free market socialism' ! A comprehensive social tool, such as citizen's credit system that we have developed, for a more precise and equitable social scientific evaluation of results to be exposed for all for their efficiencies and thus establishing possible choices for all to investigate freely all these projects and their relative usefulness and its' freindly practicality for their proper merits and applications or free adoptions in free choices (subject to eventual evaluation of units of social credit or hours of social necessary work and quality requirements for a certain project ) needed by people themselves in a more social scientific rapid development of the social-economic environment of O.S.U.'s social production planning. This Open Social University that we have started, is open for all citizens of those countries seeking to apply the new socialism of the twenty first century or open for all 'altermondialists', seeking a different world, to set up and to join in, for all who seek to build another fundamentally diferent world from the new fraudulent capitalism, is the true modern way of implementing the socialist relations of production of ideas, of theories, of projects and engage in actual mass-production of these ideas and materialization of them for the benefit of all in the world. This university of life will be the best possible social medium for developing the most genuine social relations for developing all individuals enrolled for life in it and for a social-scientific transition to the class-less society. The transparent and democratic O.S.U. provides us the surest method of developing and materializing the N.C.I. for all advanced communist elements and all willing persons to engage freely in this widest democratic social scientific medium for developing the most revolutionary projects for winning against and also winning over the 'class enemy' barbaric ideology of corruption-war-mass-unemployment-mass-poverty-mass-migrations-neofascism for the masses and spread among the masses by corrupt media, to expose the genuine social alternative and concretely materializing the new socialist-communist rapid transition, made as shortened as possible, according to the genuine successful Marxist 'semi-government' process put in this new universal method for the optimized revolutionary fast growth. This open and direct mass-democracy manifest in O.S.U.'s, will be in an open contrast to the old socialism through all powerful government dictatorial power alone miss-applied against Marx's conception of the vast proletarian democracy. Thus winning back completely on this noble idea of our stolen genuine proletarian democracy. This most efficient proletarian direct democracy will ensure better the proletarian progress of revolutionary projects and free development of all persons in the new relations through genuine socialist relations rather than bourgeois adopted (or the immitation of most bourgeoisie's methods of class-oppressions and criminal ways as put to practice as before by all communist or socialist countries immitating Bourgeoisie and neglecting genuine Marxism for breaking away from sham citizen-new-slave ideology !) using only government oppression, as used even in our times of mass revolts, without much success and engendering much social or political alienations and rifts or turning away from socialism to adopt sham bourgeoisi's fictitious capital sporadic growth and deep depressions and massive endettment of future generations ! Where as our method is the option of applying a continued cultural revolutionary progress and acheive a continuous qualitative jumps in knowlege and acquiring the necessary mass culture and mass socialization scale for a successful transition to free all citizens' developing potential, who become thus life students for an all sided integrated working, managing, research and defense of socialism. Mass progress in the interest of all in an environment of free democratic conscious choices and in an all transparency for mass exchanges for up-dating and continuous readjusting of newest methods for all aspects of social existence and for a richer and vast choices offered for all and free development interesting all citizens in numerous fields thus open for transforming all or most citizens to become life-students in their own desired adopted and developed choices and fields of interests. And, on establishing of these social conditions, government structures will be used by the N.C.I. to implement only infrastructure heavy works and other civilian defense or social security needs or regional needed cooperations for regional projects, wheras O.S.U. will be the most extended international cultural political structure for citizens ensuring the social infra-structure as well as providing through extensive direct democracy for the political leadership for presenting possible best economic choices defended by the masses for a colossal mass socialization that dwarfs any government structures reduced to a virtual apolitical or reduced to a less importance of political power with respect to the leading university government bodies which become N.C.I.'s extensive universal social base to reach communism and to defeat actively all new imperialist or old imperialist lagging powers interfering with this global free university project adopted freely and including all people democratically and being able to engaging all nations in this new world socialist-communist projects on economic, research or other social political fields. B & C ) Thus the old theories of socialist transition through government bodies or large bureaucracies or the old class oppression - immitated from and exercized by the bourgeoisie and adopted by communists from the bourgeoisie due to lack of mass liberation methods materialized completely and proper structuring of the proper socialization - is not valid for applying in the new method of continuous social-scientific cultural development, and thus will be rendered systematically powerless and or discouraged and eventually discarded in the new socialism by all. Thus all dogmatic and non-sufficient socialist theories must be identified and either discarded or if needed be completed by the masses in the Open Social University. Thus the mass-line method will be correctly applied by people in O.S.U. for a continued revolutionary social-scientific advancement and in this improved manner every citizen-student will participate in the global efforts planned and managed by themselves. The socialist unit of exchange and evaluation being generalized as a universal equitable exchange tool that allows a much faster growth and development and being attached to or not being alianable of individual's efforts and work and qualification standards will only be useful for developing individual student-citizens and managed in transparence by them. This is in a complete contrast and opposed to capitalist money and the monetary system of exchanges and evaluation which is wide open to fraudulent practice - being completely under private central-regional banks' opaque financial government and whose global aim is to produce profits or carry mass looting of economies and people or governments forcing them into massive debts, and which is used for developing profits or money only and in priority ! Whereas our socialist unit develops economies through mass development of the masses in the O.S.U.'s new socialist environment, and enriching them by the global standard of credits acquired for number of social hours of study, for work, for management, for research or other socially needed hours spent for the activities and projects that the citizen-students are engaged for ! If The Bourgeoie Revolution in the eigteenth and nineteenth century created the social structured schooling for the people, the proletarian revolution will create this vast global Open Social University to include all in the free development of civilization and materialize real mass-progress in a global social-scientific endeavor. One of the basic insufficient theory that created fundamental errors in the first or second wave of proletarian revolutions came from the insufficient ( materialism ) understanding that capitalist developments of the productive forces cannot lead us to socialist society's door-steps as before produced in other historical social developments of more than ten thousand years of human history. Capitalism develops the productive forces according to other class interests - and rather intensifying the class contradictions today by the massive production of fictitious capital out of control - rather than the needed proletarian class interest of ending classes and ending structurally theese class contradictions for a socialist transition to communism ; and these bourgeoisie's direction of social evolution changes in general in accordance with it's class interests and with the new technological frame-works imposed . These new technological environments are being even changed dynamically by the bourgeoisie for satisfying its own class interests and vital needs and cannot be always developing in the direction of the proletaria's class interests, and most often these introduced changes are well opposed to the proletarian aspirations for democracy, and even can enter the regressive periods of fascism (1930-1945), and the new fascism of (1980-1999/ 2001- ... up to our days ) as visited by all interested historians. This mass social regression is especially operating in these ending periods or last phases of capitalism, when fictitious capital takes over and dominates the real capital accumulation, as we are trying to well document and establish in our modern Marxist-Completed theories in 'The Fictitious Capital, the higher capitalist stage for today', presented as a mass-project for our O.S.U. . And this social regression set-in from after 1970's in all capitalist countries, is completely opposed to reformist conceptions and falsifies their social practices since 1960's-1970's of trying to reform this new capitalism taking hold in the world, which has strengthened barbarism instead of continuously developing progress or socialization of the productive forces. Here we touch also our own more recent discovery, in fact starting to be revealed since Rosa Luxembourg's magistral work of correcting Marx's incompleted system of capital accumulation in The Third Volume of Capital (interrupted by Marx's death in 1883). Starting her heroic basic struggle in the ideological and theoretical field after 1905 to correct this insufficiency left from Marx's period, in this more clarified theory pesued by us today. That underlines the contradiction between fictitious capital and the real capital, that starting from the begining periods of capitalist social relations (in thirteenth century) or even 'transfered-down' from the class relations shaping up and inherited from the oldest periods of trade relations shaping up (some thousands of years ago) or social developments (some hudreds of thousands of years ago or more) for looting , a remenent of a cultural lag of wide-spread 'cultural transfer' and/or inheritence, reaching down to us from oldest human social behaviors cristalized in social stratas from primitive looting economy etc... !) continue through the later periods of capitalist developments and this primitive capital accumulation - dominated by fictitious capital - is not restricted to a previous accumulation or primitive phase in capitalism, as thought by Adam Smith and adopted in general by Marx, and persists all the way down to the ending periods of capitalism according to Mao Tsetung's 'On Contradiction', which furnishes us the more completed and the more recent ( made easy to grasp by the masses ) description of the laws of dielectics applied here for capital accumulation, real and fictitious, to understand the implications of this neglected phenomenon. Therefore the need for new Marxist proletarian extended methods and structures (following completing the insufficient theory or theories ) for satisfying best the proletarian socialist-communist transformation needs are to be taken up by The N.C.I.(Fifth-Revolutionary). And former State Socialism or Party-State socialism leading into free market sham socialism has to be rejected and completly exposed to be a variation of fictitious capital's new social-imperialism, Maintaining or clinging to these sham Marxist methods dogmatically or coexisting with these erroneous means of social change, reveals the persistant negligance for this N.C.I. since more than sixty years by sham communist organizations degraded into petit bourgeois inefficient and loosing machines for the massacred proletariat, and continuing in this boulevard open for the Fictitious Capital and neo-fascist domination can also be fatal for the whole proletarian movement in these important times, as warned by Lenin in his revolutionary times in 1922 ! | We are politically very satisfied to have reached our partial goal of starting a new period in our quest for founding a brand New Revolutionary Communist International, with a global strategy. We have answered immediately to the 'French Communists' Call' and signed as one of the first members of the proposed Committee for the N.C.I. (Fifth) formed by actually more than 100 communists, trade-union members and other intellectuals and political groups joining in for the activation of this C.I.'s organ in Europe ! On the occaision of the 101st aniversary of The International Day of Women 8 March 1910- 8 March 2011, we were happy to declare the formation of this new committee for The N.C.I. Britain and NATO forces' military illegal intervention in Afghanistan and in Irak, Palestine, Lebanon or elsewhere coupled by their Arab government exposed complicity, and the larger masses' anger crystalized now in price hikes and added poverty and mass un-employment for people in general aggravated by the deepenning neo-imperialist biggest crisis-depression since 1980, these massees actually are largely un-aided by a global structured strategy, such as the one developed by us since 2000, and marked by absence of a more specific road-map for people to follow up successfully in order to develop their revolutionary aspirations extended for all masses to join-in and materialize other concrete gains up to implementation of a complete social alternative to capitalism, such as the new Socialism of XXI century, openning the way for other people all over the world ! These mass revolts can be turned into genuine revolutionary lasting gains of social progress for the masses, only if the lessons acquired since The Revolution of Paris Commune, led by communist party of France federated to progressive trade unions and women's revolutionary associations and popular revolutionary forces etc... - the communist party member-section of The First Communist International- in 1871, and drawing the correct and significant lessons subsequently enriched by revolutionary experiences gained on five continents and through massive shed blood by revolting people who aspired to change the world in these historic processes, in 1905-1914, in 1917-1945/49 , in 1950-1975 and other periods marked by big social upheavels and beyond up to our days, only if all these experiences are well understood in their most general aspects and in their historical contexts or other important details apreciated by revolutionaries guiding these mass revolts and wanting to be guided by these experiences and in order for social scientific implementations to be drawn for the future strugglers and future victories. Some of the more general ones widely agreed upon are the following : I) All genuine revolutions imply CLASS WARS. This means in general since the ruling class is organized for oppression and organized in governing bodies, over-lorded by it's class members, and led by its bought-out corrupted agents, it is opposing in all sided manner and with a government's machinery (today with an international and regional strong backings ) in all fields for a rapid and effective opposition to suppress - going up to slaughthering many people or thousands and opposing in political, ideological and false rumors or denials of truth and all kinds of falsehood and deceit for maintaining it's stability and for destabilizing the people's movement, by assasinations or emprisonement, for killing and stopping any significant social change ! Therefore in order to win against the ruling class, and win over the masses for an all-out revolution, the workers must unite with the oppressed people and the poor masses willing to be somewhat organized in order to continue to smash totally the machinery of government of the ruling class and to oppose and expose all rumors, all ideological lies and all political or diplomatic moves from the ruling class in order to gain any lasting freedom. The tradeunion fronts have to be put in relation with the mass organizations, mass associations of student revolutionary fronts, revolutionary committees creating leading groups of revolts and mass actions' organizers. C.I. has this mass organization plans especially to be materialized in weak-link countries or weak-link regions of the world in priority. The first revolutionary organizations, besides revolutionary cells forming during the mass revolts, having leaflets, posters, wall paintings and wall writings and wall markings or papers etc... are neigborhood teams armed for policing their side of towns from enemy troops' inroads or theives during night or other times ( because police presence is ended by smashing police headquarters, by revolting masses, who were hit violently by police forces in the begining of such mass revolts or revolutionary movements etc...) These forces are eventually to unite in a broader town, village or city militia organizations under political leadership defending people's broad demands, forming part of people's army, according to local specific possibilities and other fortunate circumstances. C.I. will have to concentrate forces here in priority ! To win the Class-War in a victorious way, the machinery of the state of the ruling class and it's propaganda voices are to be smashed totally or captured completely by popular forces - organizations smashed, but maximum materials and instruments recovered for the revolutionary re-building and re-organization into the 'semi-state' - and this people's new and anti-bureaucratic semi-state (because relying on masse's help and means or permanent people's power structured !) has to be set-up in order to restore revolutionary masse's government based on it's people's army ( by defecting army personel joining revolution, put under revolutionary leadership, this line opposes the petit-bourgeoisie's, some islamic forces as Muslim Brothers' or Nahda etc...line of conserving the army under the old leadership's organization ! ) and militia united by a central revolutionary popular authority headed by revolutionary political organs and individuals completely trusted by large masses ! Sections of O.S.U.'s can be operational in these early stages for the vital needed services for social or political and public health purposes. The revolutionary political organs are usually formed by uniting number of small revolutionary parties, trade unions and associations, who have a revolutionary political line - excluding those defending reformist line for decades or opportunist elements serving the ruling class etc... - uniting in defense of broad masses' demands for the revolutionary implication of those demands and social needed changes and for materialization of most urgent needs for the masses through the new semi government (that is most democratic and based on direct popular support of the masses and their armed militia and their army ! ) The N. C. I. political line that we defend have further popular organs to be set up by people, in order to materialize and lengthen indefinitly the concrete power of the masses, their demands up to materialization of a viable social alternative and the complete destruction of international system of F.K. or NATO(II) forces and implementing the new socialism for all people and minorities in these mass revolts turned into genuine revolutions : Beside the international coalition of revolutionary forces organized under the Two, Three Vietnam strategy of communists, they are : - The formation of T.P.P.P. (The Tribunal of People's permanent Power) for condemning all fictitious capital and false value creation put on people's public debt to be paid by people, for condemning all war system and police state responsibles, for condemning mass unemployment and poverty systems or discriminations, and condemning violations of extended Human Rights and violations from Laicity - or violations from secularism - - And setting up of units of The Open Social University for breaking the mass unemployment in those totally liberated areas and the long term economic needed re-organization of a genuine socialist economy, a constantly world growing democratic-transparent organization ! These institutions are including and incorporating universally all people and individuals, run transparently by people and through direct democracy - generally opposed to representative democracy by consulting each and everyone on significant issues after a long discussion and allowing each and everyone to express and to vote for the important issue. These two universal organs dwarf the national governments that are reduced to do the essential public works, social insurance or civil defense and regional cooperations etc... And are helped to be set-up by The N.C.I. (The Fifth) which takes the crucial work of coordinating the implication of the global strategy to win against F.K. and smash its' world apparatus and defend all revolutions and break the weak links by leading-helping the trade union fronts, and to set up sections of revolutionary partys in countries or localities and regions needed for advancing the global tasks etc... These four organs are in complete cooperation and distinct missions and whereever conflict appears TPPP or SOU or governments and other organizations involved can present solutions and projects to solve the matter ! II) The total smashing of the ruling class machinery implies the eventual systematic break-away from the monetary web of debt extended over all nations. This is realized by a systematic replacement of capitalist ( Fictitious Kapital ) money, engendering fictif values and over-taxations or over-charges ( by private interests and by big bureaucracies ), by socialist unit of exchange Citizen's Meritory Credit system, which is similar to electronic money except that it is not alienated or detached from individuals and cannot be treasorized by banks or capitalists ! CMC develops citizens unlike capitalist money that develops money . CMC is an equitable international exchange medium, based on same criterions and standards of production (a social-scientific unified set of universal standards and quality scale programmed the same for all O.S.U.'s !). Furthermore, this unit is based on one hour of free social contribution in O.S.U. 's - the same length for all under the OSU's universal standard of values ) extended in all countries adopting this social-scientific unit of exchange based on Marx's Value theory developed in First Volume of The Capital ! Thus when masses revolt against the neo-fascist order of Fictitious Kapital's neo-imperialism, there is an urgent need to unite all revolting masses in The Tribunal of People's Permanent Power , and start condemning openly the former fascist rulers in most of third world governments and top leading brass in Europe and in North America or in japan and other capitalist countries for supporting the fraudulent banking fiat money and fictitious credit system mixed with staggering amounts of fictitious capital ! Also they are mostly responsible for war systems of arm trades and other police state oppressive systems and for maintaining the mass un-employments all over the world , maintaining mass-poverty and mass migration system of extreem oppression on oppressed people and nations ! The T.P.P.P. must judge openly all government and high administrative cadres and big banks and other world governance cadres ( for example Baradei the agent of International Inspector for Nuclear facilities inciting doubts into Saddam Hussein's government for having biological weapons is one of high cadres' responsibles for preparing the illegal war against Irak in 2003 aiding G.W. Bush and Tony Blair - the two war criminals -, therefore must be condemned for it , and the Egyptian people should never allow these opportunists serving The F.K. system to pass into power position in Egypt , where Mr. Baradei claims falsely to have opposed Mubarak's regime ???) These are urgent tasks to be organized by conscious people in these popular tsunamies to put people in a permanent legitimate position, and not to think to make legitimacy for a party or a group, which is an inferior objective with respect to the enemy of the class organized at this level of preparedness and international response to all popular moves and with all media at their disposal to turn any tide against people's power ! This way the T.P.P.P. puts people in permanent power, and gives them specific large powers to condemn reactionaries and pass judgments for pulling down other criminals wanting to abuse public authority . The class enemy's authority has to be shatered into pieces, or it will use every means to criminalize people's legitimate demands and or kill thousands of revolutionaries to destroy people's power. On the other hand the T.P.P.P. stands above all international instances, is organized by people themselves and cannot be over-ruled by so called neo-imperialist international illegitimate instances defending the corrupted system, since it federates with all other people becoming active members of it throughout the world ! All these experience dictated precautions can be taken by a New C.I. for people and workers and large masses resisting capitalist fraudulent criminal system in crisis. | JAPAN PLUS LIBYA : CAPITALISM'S DEATH HORIZON ! How Fukuyama's blindness is being cured by Fukushima's tragedy ; end of history is revealed to be in fact END of CAPITALISM for billions to see more clearly, if you are still doubting, there is more to come for Britain, U.S.A. and others heavily reduced to systemic economic and political paralysis taking another historic downturn. Who can, in fact beleive that all this is related much closer than we suspect to the energy policy shoved down on Japan and the world by neo-imperialist policy of keeping the world on oil strategy far longer than necessary (since 1960's & 1970's ) to save the dollar's superiority, that is wrecking the lives of millions today on this planet and especially producing the cumulated crisis as in Japan, producing bigger and bigger earthquakes, greater and more devastating tsunamies, and the third world countries' economies and now the advanced capitalist economies in shambles and fallen on the brink of deepest depression and mass-poverty striking everywhere now killing millions every year on five continents. Capitalist 'experts', and apologists paid out by high fictitious salaries, can still continue to create confusion, amid sports and sex programs for the masses, around the planetary disequilibriums caused by excess CO2 emissions in the atmosphere, that melted the polar ice and is causing the biggest earthquakes on the planet's tectonic movements due to pressure changes caused by this phenomenon. After playing Thacher for a year or so, breaking biggest mass strikes in France against trade-union fronts, one could not beleive one's eyes when he started inviting Libya's Kaddafy or other fascists to France. Now he claims to save Libya's people revolting against this neo-fascist Kaddafy's oil oligarchy (sic??? ) He has declared war on Libya's government, breaking from Germany's prudent policy of 'hands off Libya's oil' policy, knowing well who will have to pay even higher prices for this oil already too expensive. British economic experts exposed yesterday that this baril of oil in fact costs THREE dollars to produce, already speculated at more than 100 dollars per baril sold on world markets. Hugo Chavez declared today that all this U.N. koocked Libyan war diplomacy and war politics is in fact not for helping revolting masses there, - on the contrary it is to silence these revolutions, breaking the North African popular chain of revolutions in the weak-link of extended Libyan desert chain, - and it will meerely serve the neo-imperialists to grab Libya's oil for USA and French or Italian companies. Which we agree largely to be the truth, since the people said why they waited so long to help ? Why they never helped Tunisia and Egypt ? Now they rush for Libya's oil ? Latest news is that NATO(II) headed by USA wanted to take over this privatized war started by Sarkozy, (who prefers to cool down and start diplomatic activity to save France's part now that he was surprised to see USA rushing for the plunders in Libya T.P.P.P.'s condemnation of Obama, Sarkozy & NATO(II), see above ! | The Debate is Wide Open as to what Communist International ? and HOW to arrive at a genuine revolutionary one ? In the conference in Latin America Chavez was inviting all tendencies of communists and left parties to join in this open debate. Some communists are criticizing Chavez for calling for this real needed and long sought International, forgetting that in Latin America this vital needed New Revolutionary International was first sought actively by Che Gevara and his comrades in Cuba, since after 1960, when USA actively persued the criminal policy to destroy the revolutionary base there, and no revolutionary C.I. then took up the needed task to defend actively the liberated Cuban base until USSR stepped in to give a helping hand with all kinds of restrictions imposed under Yalta's Pact existing and respected by all other communists then. Therefore the revoltionaries were largely left by themselves in each country facing US imperialism uniting all capitalist world and governments against revolutions. Viet Nam showed the dept of the cruelty of this policy imposed on revolutionaries in the world by all socialist-communist countries, with over two millions savagely massacred in a barbarian war 1960-1975. Che Gevara had well founded the lacking strategy in those circumstances, travelling to meet Mao Tsetung and other revolutionary leaders : TWO, THREE VietNams against the joined imperialist forces. This can very well be the needed world strategy today after more than fourty years, and it has a large popularsupporting base in S. America and in Africa and other parts of the world even today among revolutionary communists. The question of how to get to structure it, there is a large consensus also around the idea that this N.C.I. (Fifth-revolutionary), will not resemble the Second or The Third neither The Fourth International, but can be widely agreed upon founding as Marx's First International, aspiring to federate all communists and Left or revolutionary forces on the basis of Proletarian Democracy defended by Marx in 1864/65 ! We can only agree to this long dream of materializing the proletarian democracy which Lenin describe it to surpass more than 1000 times the limited Bourgeoisie's democracy. Defending this basic line and method since 1997 , we have rejected other insufficient socialist methods or roads that have shown their weaknesses in the last century. State Socialism or Free Market Socialism or other insufficient socialism have largely demonstrated to all honest revolutionaries that they cannot possibly yield this large proletarian democracy sought by Marx and all communists that have a more complete analysis of what went wrong in USSR or in China or other states. We have materialized this kind of large base democracy in the idea of Open Social University ( a world structuring and building socialism based on Marxist Principle of DIRECT DEMOCRACY as the underlying social-scientific method defended by Marx himself and partly implemented in Paris Commune and the Communist State defended by Marx (refer to the article on top of this page The Semi-State !) defended by Marx, The first international, Engels, Rosa Luxembourg and Lenin or Trotsky ! The other tool for putting in permanent power the people engaging in a genuine revolution and class-war is setting up The Tribunal of People's Permanent Power, another structure empowering permanently people and excluding executions of individuals in this people's world court ( a mass soviet !) and empowered by direct democracy in order to dwarf by these two world institutions all party, persons or state that will try to restrict the free development of all citizens as before! C.I. in those capitalist countries not yet ripe for immediate revolutionary changes will demand by the more independant trade unions for political acceptance of workers in the constitution of these countries or republics for their workers independant trade union status to be written in their constitution for the working masses ! The Communist International, by declaring CRIMINAL the Capitalism of Fiat Monetary International System of neoimperialism, as Lenin declared it in 1915/16 for the imperialist system, makes all other 'so called communist' parties non-legitimate 'fictitious communists' structures' becoming inefficient organizations (as in France for all organizations existing since over 40 years and not having achieved the minimum requirements to become efficient class struggle tools for the masses and the people savagely exploited by fictitious capital since 1973 ! ) ; the political stand is thus created for people all-over the world, to reject any reformist 'sham socialist' or 'sham communist' activity in peaceful coexistence with the barbarism of the class enemy, except for communists engaged in actual class war against this criminal enslaving system, no others can exist under communist party appellation outside of The New Communist International (revolutionary Fifth), with a clearly winning strategy and clear practice and condemning all left reformists still calling for people to participate in the corrupted voting system, turned against all democracies and all republics of people's in the world by the corruption of fiat monetary system. This criminal enterprise, run by regional central banks with close cooperation with big powers of G8-G20 - the world fraudulent capitalist system of Fictitious Capital - and its international institutions forcing by sheer military power to maintain U.S.A. and other big financial powers fallen in complete bankruptcy and existing by astronomical deficit spendings forcing weak countries and dependant nations to pay for their military and police fascist states maintained by total political and financial or military corruption ! | August-September 2011 How we envisage the building of a N.C.I. ? The old methods of trying to unite only among existing structures and organizations cannot be used anymore, since more than 50 years' practice of trying to unite these structures around a new set of political positions - derived fom a new marxian social-scientific analysis - and unite forces around a clear communist strategy for a N.C.I., have obviously failed for the last fifty years or so, and still we are left without a solid united structure to resist the criminal onslaughts against all revolutions, of the old imperialists (up to 1971/79) and all the onslaughts of the new imperialism of Fictitious Capital from 1980 and onto our present times ! We have materialized and are in a new process to materialize the necessary exemplary foundations of this global undertaking : I) The New Communist International II) The Tribunal of People's Permanent Power III) The Open Social University all structured on the new foundations of Direct Democracy, putting people in power first and immediatly. We have developed this new orientation through our deeper political analysis of the complete take-over of The New Imperialism of the fictitious capital's domination in G7 countries, since 1980, - and it's world influence through subjugation of most weaker countries and it's influence through old neo-colonial relations and old structures depended on G7 countries in third world peripheral regions after the fall or great retreat of the socialist camp in the world - the absolute necessity of a vast concentration movement in order to form a very strong international of a new type, new mass-organizations having solid roots among people's defensive and offensive forces. And the absolute need to start-out with correct social relations "Having Solid Roots outside and independance of capitalist monetary dominated relations" built on a clear scientific socialist relationships - never sought or materialized completely before in any country or other revolutions. And this new method applied from the beginning in order to well establish in this manner clearly for all and from the beginnings of structuring any new revolutionary political organization - and that these new ' dominant socialist-partnership relations' and people in power thus structured ( to be defined completely for a starting situation ! ) to build socialism actively ( in contradiction to passive mere theoretical half-consciousness as sought before since 1917, and verified historically to fail to go towards communism or real socialism, but degraded towards state capitalism eventually ! ) Therefore in order to dominate all old social relationships to be built on three following new founding structures ! The N.C.I. , The Tribunal of People's Permanent Power and The Open Social University, founded properly on a Direct Democracy, hierarchy-less Socialist relations (complete partnership from these new-structure between members, transparency, direct democracy, people's permanent power above all other structures, with people's continuous contributions and further elaborations !) are well defined in these three structures by 'people's permanent power under their transparent and social-scientific management'. Thus by 'direct-democracy' applied and materialized and tried to be implemented in this new foundation from the beginning political process. This new process is in complete contradiction to the past political practice and efforts of "seeking political power" (for a party or a State) as the beginning prerequisite of building socialism ; or old methods that are not responding anymore today, confirmed by after long years of many organizations' practices all over the world - that responded in the period of 1870 - 1975/79 - but not responding actually - in the new phase of Fictitious Capital domination - any more especially after 1980. And these old methods - not responding well after 1968-1971/75 (although they were as great inspiration and up-held by majority of countries and people for breaking away from enslaving rule of capitalism all over the world, and which inspired all to rise up and fight back imperialism more actively in the Left theories up to 1980 and beyond ! ), but not yielding any socialist construction at all after 1980 experiences. Because they necessitated a very great ( or collossal ) sacrifices offered as in Korea, in VietNam War, for almost no tangible results on building scientific socialism after these great mass-mobilizations on national and/or regional levels, for the people in Asia, in Africa, in S. America or in S.E. Asia . In all these regions where capitalist roaders thus could prevail from the beginning of these old ways and methods ( because in those old methods of work the social relations prevailing could include the bourgeoisie's and petit-bourgeoisie's relations to prevail in these old structures from the beginnings ) and materialized especially on the face of liquidated C.I. (after 1943 general communist consencus) no global support could be structured or built or transferred in revolutions against imperialism after 1956 anywhere on the ground to face the imperialist enemies - these conditions prevailed then in international political arena after 1956 - because peacefull co-existence with imperialism was massively being drummed-up by social-democrates and social-imposters poised as communist strategy - as Tito and Khrouchtchev's false strategies opposing Leninist Strategy to go with a solid C. I. in order to defeat imperialism ! And most other communist parties and followers were in general following massively these counter-revolutionary theories between 1945 and 1980 ! And/or in consequences nothing was done even on the face of - in this same period to face more vivid losses encountered such as in Latin America, Africa and Asia . As for our modern times and as for the other recent failed or stopped revolutions, such as in Nepal ( a popular revolution built on greatest sacrifices, stopped for unclear negociations done under seven partys' front alliance pressure on PCM Nepal, cut out completely from a necessary new C.I. and a necessary world support ) , are unfolding actually under our eyes in the Indian Continent and other countries. These falsehood in social-scientific theories or pseudo-marxian theories are bringing count-less revolts and popular revolutions to dead-ends since 1980 and is also manifested by new imperialism's numerous genocides going on against oppressed people happenning in Africa, or in 'Third World' or 'Fourth World' countries, which remain unresponded for by our revolutionary forces dispersed and organized mainly and still on old national-local levels instead of being organized on regional or international necessary dimensions to confront the more concentrated enemy forces and their 'pseudo-international' efforts ! Therefore these new structurings are indispensable today in order to start to be able to begin even to muster a proper respond, in one of these numerous weak-links of new imperialist network of aggressions, we need to follow these tedious task - seemingly slow unless going into a snow-ball situation on a later point - of restructuring our forces in these new methods in order to be able to pool our forces on a global scale - as the enemies try to do - in a new mass structuring process on these wide international scales or without which we will remain non-effective or non-relevent 'local & dispersed' political forces as we are since 1980's . Our two formost global and new structures have started to capture some comrades attentions : The Tribunal of People's Permanent Power, which is the new mass organization built on direct democracy, without hierarchy, limited powers included for the juges or first popular world juries, to remain 'changeble' or on a provisional or on an alternating status, to be decided by people's periodic voting at any time or replaceble by other newer members for the judging position for laws but the popular direct voting jury reserved for Permanent People's Power for deciding for the verdicts of criminals thus openly judged. The structuring of which necessitates the free adherance of people that are united in T.P.P.P. for condemnations of four basic type of systemic crimes upholding the new capitalist-imperialism of fictitious capital domination on the political structures : The Crime of Management and Production of Fictitious Capital by central-regional-banking and G7,8, 9,... ,20 states's integrated cooperations' relations, and their international structures, emerging since 1980 ! The Crime of War systems, war creations and State Oppressions of citizens by police states. The Crime of Mass Unemployment maintained over thirty years for the world intensification and spread of Mass-Poverty . Those Crimes of Slavery conditions maintained for the masses, through discriminations of sexes, discriminations of nations (such as Palestinians, Kurds, untouchables and other oppressed people etc...) of ethnics and races or minorities through state or religious clergy powers and dictatorial powers maintained by fictitious capital corruptions and international political or economic corrupted structures and undesired restructurings and 'structural reforms' forced on people ! The other mass global structure envisaged, as a solid foundation for reenforcement of the extended influenve of The N.C.I. is The Open Social University. It is a totally practical new method of establishing another global people's network of structures governed by people in a Direct Democracy, a dynamic 'citizen-student-government' new concept and a new method of building socialism elaborated into an all 'student-citizen' revolving government hierarchy-less structure where posts have hierarchy but everyone is a student and develops through and successively can occupy these posts without acquiring a permanent status or social hierarchy, as in the bourgeoie bureaucracies ! In which representation is temporary, but the bourgeoie system of representation is abolished from the beginning ; and where everybody has to take up a new type of learning of 'project realization-study-work' courses coupled directly by developing projects/reasearches innovations or inventions and gain constant improvement for maintaining the constant renewal and up-dating of newer improvements and new projects and works in all major fields of pur sciences, of social-sciences or in the arts' fields. Also, taking up related courses and employment credit in management or in defense areas and other social-health or life-span lengthening techniques and get passing grades for the relevant pure science courses etc.... Including those necessary socialist endeavors to maintain a longer lifespan fpr all for a richer cultural acheivements thereby to be obtained, in comparison to failed new capitalist technics for spreading war-diseases-poverty and over-burdened debts for people and addictions and mass-pollutions in food and environment for shortening people's life-spans, all-over the world. The new social relations are pre-defined in student to student relations, because they provide the surest hierarchy-less social structures in which in a direct democratic student government environment, students go through faculty positions and come back to students' positions in acquiring other projects and courses necessarily in a constant developing technology and constant drive for completion and improvements of general knowledge in all fields of pure sciences, of social sciences, of military sciences, for research and management and for health educations etc... These are all revolutionary new methods and practical ways never employed consistantly in the past state-socialism thoroughly and completely or never developed at these extended social mass structures spread out globally in all over the world in the way envisaged in the newest methods of mass-socialization technics through this new idea of The Open Social University applied for developing and building a social-scientific socialism ! People are empowered here from the beginning and this new type of power is conceived to be sufficiently diffused in order to maximize-optemize a new social-political dynamism and maintain a constant social development thereof ! Because this O.S.U.'s double accreditation on number of hours of social work-study, and grades obtained by the quizzes or results of projects properly evaluated in hour-works ( and multiplyed by proper quality coefficients obtained by the quality and effort displayed by the students during their study-work-management-research-defense etc...) is a new universal accreditation standard which can be the basis of an international exchange medium - a new socialist social-scientific unit of exchange - , that we have called the new socialist transitional citizen's credit-merit system ( CMC unit ). In all these structurings the establishment of socialist new relations (hierarchy-less and relative hierarchy maintained only in posts, and limited in time for students are envisaged only !), in where the people are maintained in a position and in a statu of permanent power ( permanent powered juries in T.P.P.P. or permanent powered students in the global university in O.S.U._Global with global standards for accreditations and progress for all. This CMC is also used for a new social-scientific basis for a new universal socialist-exchange unit for evaluation of products and services and free exchanges in the modern socialist environment - a much vaster medium of popular global socialist power and a more powerful structure than any national state or any capitalistic regional power - these relations are previledged over former method of bourgeois type hierarchical parties and concentrated state powers used in the past by socialist state and camps, which renders a new type of or a higher type phasal development of socialist relations in which all peoples and students enter in a world-partnership and exchange relations that cannot be encroached by any national or international new imperialist power as easily as it is currently done in The New World Order of Fictitious Capital unstable war-torn system. This new structuring is free of all old deveations and basic errors made in building for a long term transition to a higher social system. Un-like before it is putting people in permanent power from the begining of any social change. It avoids thus the old errors of putting parties or States above people's power structured in Tribunal of People's Permanent Power and The Open Social University (two permanent structures created before any other structures for building social-scientific socialist building. Moore took part and his important long message and especially the CNN long interview directly televised all over the world for mobilization of people's anger against New Capitalism and the real owners of this new criminal structure : The Federal Reserve and Stock-Markets in USA (the one percent) - that 'own' all government deciders in USA, and which is putting people's power (the 99%) under their feet to trample on, we can only agree 100 % with Michael Moore that asking government officials for doing something about people's social-political problems is of no use either, as these governments and high officials are meerely 'middle-men' carrying on new capitalism's owners' orders to suppress people's demands and do not and cannot be of any use for us ( no use voting for them, if they present on an election either ! ) since they cannot do much else for people's urgent needs - and this is clearly demonstrated in all capitalist counties since 1971-, except suppress by police force (or by army in case of a great revolt!) the legitimate revolts of people's anger against these criminal government policies. | FILL IN THE POLITICAL VACCUUM IN OCCUPY WALL STREET or ' all other camping and occupation movements ' WITH THIS REVOLUTIONARY THEORY & PRACTICE ! Dec. 8, 2011 The bourgeois press in U.S.A., in Europe or in Arab countries and in The Middle-East or in Far-East, is drumming up the reactionary propaganda on all sat-tv and media internet sites and radios or other newspapers and articles, interviews and speaches : " that the new spring of revolutionary winds blowing all over the world is not producing or does not offer a real alternative for a new social-political direction for the people. The occupation 'talks' do not produce any social alternative for paving a new road other than what the 'new capitalism' (offered by The Federal Reserve and the 'transformed' Wall Street, fired by privatizations of government sectors and public ownership transfers to 1% for creation of false values - fraudulent toxic values and 'titrisations' - provided to banks as massive leverage by private or public massive debts contracts-stocks creations and speculations - what we have identified as 'The Fictitious Capital, the higher stage today' for the new criminal capitalism, in this site since 2002 as the new content of The New World Order promoted by the new imperialism since 1979/80 ! Therefore another world other than capitalist order cannot exist. This 'lack' of a clear new alternative remains true and for the new revolutionary movements the clear alternative such as N.C.I. spelled out here is still largely unknown. The Left still mainly melting down in libral games and old party forms that bourgeoisie excelles and controls completely are confirmed by Islamic Fundamentalist parties taking power in Arab new waves of revolutionary inspired moves ( without active participation in the revolutionary sacrifices, even by gathering as low as 30% absolute vote for 60 % of people playing into the bourgeois 'democracy-trap' when elections were boycotted by many revolutionary forces ) such as in Egypt ( last week) - held by provisional governments in Tunisia and in Egypt etc.... These bourgeois worn-out methods are still used for up-holding and preserving bourgeoisie's domination in these countries. The voting process have been exercised to restructure the old system by new bourgeois partys taking over some lower political positions in parliaments ( ineffective and limited power given up temporarily to preserve the essential ) such as religious fundamentalist partys playing the new rulers (or new servants of F.K. ) for the bourgeisie and the new imperialism. The 1979 tragedy happenning in Lebanon, in Palestine, in Iran and later on in Afghanistan is been replayed now once more for the people. Palestine genocide continues intact, Kurdish massacres continued under Islamic Republic as Berber's oppresion in Lybia's Revolution and can continue as the genocides in Rwanda and in Sudan or all other countries in Africa, in Asia or in Latine America, The mass poverty has grown everywhere in islamic countries and in other regions of the planet, youth kept in mass unemployment etc...,. Our alternative has yielded this solid truth that 'The time for political parties pretending to serve people, or substituting themselves for people's needs' is long gone, and this definitly since 1971/79 by the start of the eote and participate in parliaments reflecting the ruling slave owners, but as time went on and by people's struggles, developed new and more democratic processes and pushed old methods aside. | WHY NO CANDIDATE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENTIAL OFFICE whether it be in France or in U S A - or other countries - do not ( or cannot possibly ?) produce solutions for this deep depression which is also now agravated further - in addition to parasitic fictitious capital over- accumulation - by the criminal maintenance of mass unemployment since 1970's in all countries of the world in order for maintaining the lowest ( or the most slave low level ) salaries for all categories of workers and employees in general ? CLICKREAD IN FRENCH ! First of all these candidates well knowing their impotence and very meager maneuvering space facing the royal or almost limitless power of financial dictates of Fictitious Capital's imposed policies and fixed administration officials dominating these administrations since 1970's, they very well know that they could never drive these heavy bureacratic administrations anywhere they want or decide - because controlled by The Fictitious Capital's oligarchs and experts by means of their financial limitations and policy 'diktats' on these polititians elected by people. They well know that people's interest is diametrically opposed to Fictitious Capital's interests. These technocrats took over total political power exercised by the financial leverages on these governments after 1971/79 all over the world - these candidates know very well that they are totally powerless to implement plans not agreed by the financial fascism ! This was in consequence of the neoimperialists complete restructuring of socialized or concentrated governments' structures privatized on behalf and in the interest of new rulers of Fictitious Capital's domination which was carried out by these same 'bought' or corrupt politicians that was further strengthened crisis after crisis since 1979 hitting these countries thus virtually depended economies on bank credits or dependant on stockmarkets globalized under The New World Order. On the other hand with U.S.A. and E.U. and all other economies depending on the hierarchical regional central banks' privatized e-monetary system, which no candidate other than central bank-approved ones, can do any reform against the interests of Fictitious Capital domination of the restructured new capitalism as a whole and globally getting to a critical limit of overindebted situations - where the real deficits exceed by several times the total real production GNP's or other Interior-Exterior Gross Productions per year - these debts for example for USA exceed 15 Trillion dollars and for Italy more than 7 Trillion euros etc... etc... by fictitious capital's enforced policies since over thirty years , all of these economies are entangled and almost paralyzed by debt-capital and astronomical deficits without any possible break-through or any other 'reform' other than excess depressive restrictions on spending and government services' curtailling or other cuts and heavy oppression on people to avoid revolution. The most efficient reactionary way left for them is still the Regan - Thatcher or G. W. Bush policies that most governments are reproducing blindly today or are carrying out by Goldman and Sacs' experts who helped bring this crisis forward in the first place. They have numerous over-indebted scheems, including direct and open withdrawls, over-taxations and government loans and collossal amounts and over-extending loans to these bureaucracies for the purpose of rendering them completely powerless inorder for taking over the 'steering' of all policies in these paralyzed governments thus drained completely from all potential further borrowing power and by short-cutting the abolished democratic choice of people everywhere and now in Europe. However our analysis of distinguishing the contradiction of the real capital accumulation and fictitious one could have furnished to a powerful strike of workers' movement, or a powerful general strike, a convenient way to avoid mixing up the productive originated credits from the parasitic capital if in transfers of money by banks the code of real activity of production sectors could have been clearly imposed to bankers to include in the transfer codes for electronic money ; inorder to furnish a way to eventually refuse to get fictitious credit codes transfers on their bank accounts! This practice of imposing the distinction of the origin of bank-credit transfers can be extracted only by force from governments whose thirty years' policies of 'struggle' against mass-unemployment has been exposed heavily for all conscious citizens and in circumstances of depression crisis such as today hitting all countries and regions in the world, these governments are forced to avoid citizen revolts. Most governments over-indebted for long years by fictitious capital system are in a deep political legitimacy crisis facing massive boycot of citizens from voting on elections and this phenomenon of bourgeoisie representatives being elected only by 10% to 20% of voters is now exposed as an obvious illegitimate democracy or bankrupted democracies that see no other way but to run up to revolts and revolution ! However because of almost total ignorance or absence of interest by 'left reformists' of our revolutionary analysis, useful only for changing things, of the modern neoimperialist system, this knowledge remains greatly for use in the realm of revolutionary movements such as Indignants or 'Occupy Wall Street' or other popular revolutionary social moves or radical workers syndicates' general strike or even in case of bankruptcy cases, to expose the fraud in the political system by workers' strike committees demanding for openning a workers' auto-management or workers' management space of production sector run by workers themselves - such as practiced in a widespread scale in South America after Argentine's Crisis (after the years 2001/2002, generalized by TAKE OVER MOVES by workers ) - to be used in preference by workers and citizens' independant credit system - such as CMC : citizens' merit-credit - for 100% success and minimization of toxic fictitious capital intrusion risks. We have elaborated the most advanced and complete social alternative to the bankrupt fictitious capital dominant neoimperialism here on this site since the year 2000 ( apparently not interesting any revolutionary soul ! how far ahead can we be from the dogmatics ? ) And we have suggested the non-capitalist citizen credit system of Open Social University global structure to produce the standardized Student-Citizen's accreditation individual scale ( gained in a full hypothethic O.S.U. activity ) as her or his social credit revenus - the socialist means of exchange that is necessary for social scientific transformation and integrated cultural revolution including all persons in the socialist society or in a socialist sector of society - that a citizen-student can pretend to when engaged more than 25 hours per month for developing a concrete project in a O.S.U. active team or class. It is a real standard and a global unit that promotes equality, justice and social scientific means for evaluation of real economic activities and excludes parasitic variations on prices and values produced in O.S.U. ! By looking over the introduction to Fictitious Capital, The Higher Stage Today ( O.S.U. / social sciences' project to complete Marx's Capital ) we understand that the parasitic volume of fictitious capital has been on rapid rise since the 1979 deregulation of banking laws, since Reagan's reactionary policies ( a successful comedian in Hollywood but a tragic clown in Washington D.C. in President's role abused by The Federal Reserve owners manipulating the USA people and the world thereafter ! ) ; and this is choking the real economy by flooding the real market by numerous forms of electronic fictitious capital creations that accelerate due to international competition between regions centralized under regional central banks. Therefore this is the main reason why the growth rate in NAFTA or E.U., Japan and dependent economies' markets are much lower than in China and India or other countries relatively more free from this advanced structural fictitious capital creation ( which is a criminal process ! ) process since conserving still the old imperialist state capitalist structures with the National Central Bank still operating more or less under state capitalist government fiscal policies. This explains also the other question of why China or in a lesser degree India are not hard hit by global financial crisis, and why according to G.W. Only moral reforms of religious type - and some inacceptable ones by female population and feminists - are proposed to improve the 'religeous laws' in Tunisia, which is a fraudulent preposterous answer to people ! As if people revolted to have better moral relations (sic?) ! We have shown the way to structure people's power in T.P.P.P., a hierarchy-less revolutionary permanent people's power structure, and proceed to condemn all criminals and profiters of Ben Ali's regime in order to continue on with a new state with people in permanent power, without having to go through bourgeois partys and elections of partys as intermediaries to represent people !
